I bought a used 2011 Mitsubishi Gallant at Koons in Manassas in April, 2013. Gary Johnson, the Sales Consultant, was very courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions and in smoothly processing all of the paperwork. As part of my sales package I got the preferred maintenance service agreement. When it came time to bring the car in for my first service appointment scheduling was easy, the staff were all helpful and even though the computers were acting up, everything was done in less than two hours. Prior to going in for my "free" services, I had wondered about whether I would be hit with a list of "problems" that needed "immediate attention" as this had been my experience with other dealerships. No such hassle here! I also wondered whether it was really worth the 65 mile round trip to get there and back. However, the promptness and friendliness of the service experience made it worthwhile.
