I had the best experience purchasing my first car in years from James Ward, it was a pleasure to work with him, I wasn't sold on the color and he didn't try to force it on me, he remain polite, personable and professional throughout the entire process and the three days it took me to make a final decision. I much appreciated he didn't try to pressure me into buying something even knowing I was looking elsewhere, I truly felt he was more concerned with me being satisfied with my purchase than his commission, he made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving the dealership and called the same night to make sure I made it home safely.
