All staff was very friendly and accomodating. They worked with me until we could come up with exactly what I wanted. I was shown how to use all aspects of the vehical before I drove it off the lot and have had follow up from them as well. This is the second vehical I have gotten from Koons and it has been a very positive buying experience.
