I respect honesty. Where I have my car serviced matters a great deal. Although we had a rocky start to my experience, through no fault of my service technician, Nick ultimately is the reason why I will return for future car service. He was honest, respectful, direct, friendly, accommodating, helpful and he made sure I had all the information that I needed and explained any confusion and/or issues that I had. Very much appreciated.
