I bought my 2005 Denali from the dealership in 2008 and have never been crazy about the service side (high labor rates, very high hardware rates) but working with Matt in Service and Technician Larry (neither are listed below), they provided above average assistance and the prices were very reasonable. So much so, I brought my car back for additional work and plan to do so again (not usual for me since I can be a penny pincher).

The customer waiting lounge has high-speed internet and is comfortable so I could do all my work as I waited. Kudos and thanks!
