I drove 2 and 1/2 hours to purchase the car and Philip as well as any of the staff I was introduced to made me feel very much at ease with no pressure or arm twisting of any kind! Philip also let me control the situation and answered any questions I had and would consult others if applicable. I believe this is how buying a car should feel. Excellent all the way around. Tim Rowan in finance was also a pleasure to deal with when finishing up. Philip also made sure a minor cosmetic issue with the steering wheel was addressed before I returned to pick up the car. Very pleased!
