I had an appointment, checked in and went into the customer lounge to wait. Other customers kept coming in and out ---- then I realized I had been there almost 2 hours! I went out to Mr. Miller. He checked on my car, said it would be about 10 minutes.Ok, I just went back to the lounge and sat down.
He came to get me shortly, handed me an invoice and told me that there would be no charge because I had waited so long for an oil change!!
I could hardly believe it!! Koons service immediately moved me from satisfied to over the moon!
Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!!!! You've got a customer for as long as I am around!!!
