Due to COVID19 my flight was cancelled and flightnetwork gave me credit of that. But now I want to re book flight and they are not answering my phone calls. After waiting for around 2 hours, customer care executive picked up the phone and said they will transfer me to another respective department and then they put me on hold for another hour and a half and eventually did not answer it back. I called them more than 3 times and every time my call was not answered. This is highly unprofessional behavior.
I always love booking flights with flight network when I can. They give very good rates and I especially like their hotel rates, I have saved hundreds of dollars.
I would request however that the offerings should be changed for some airlines from just economy and business to some of the mid class fares that are offered. Example: Icelandair has an economy comfort class but it is not offered on your website so I do request that you add that to your selections.

It's not the first time I've booked with Flight Network and so far I always find a good fare especially during the holiday seasons. You just have to be patient and always check for fare updates. So far so good..
Here I am writing yet another review, so after reaching my destination my husband and I fell sick and had requested to reschedule our December flights to January 2021. We made this request on Nov 23rd and till date (Dec 24th) we haven t received our tickets not only that they charged us $750 for the rescheduling fee. Neither do they respond on emails nor calls, every time we want our money they put us on hold for hours and remember we are traveling and we have to pay international calling rates. We have called twice at least every week since Nov 23 and emailed them.
We are at our wits end and don t know what we could do but to buy yet another one way ticket.
If there are any suggestions please leave a comment and never buy tickets from them. We faced health issues while traveling which cost us a lot and on top of this these scammers are taking full advantage of people s bad fortune!

During a pandemic where my wife and I have been out of work and trying to get back home to Australia before I become stranded with no visa and not able to work legally, our flights have been canceled and flightnetwork have not offerd any help and are not giving us a refund for a service we will not receive, have called multiple times and constantly get nowhere, very unprofessional would not recommend booking with to anybody unless you like stress and after the phone calls constant frustration. I had used Flight Network in the past to book flights and had not encountered any issues until recently. I was not impressed with the customer service I had experienced while trying to rectify a flight change and have yet to have my emails answered with my feedback to my experience.
I had booked a set of 6 flights and was notified that the airline had changed their flight schedule and that the original flight time would be pushed for 7 hours. I was given the option to call Flight Network and seek an alternative flight if I chose not to accept the later scheduled flight time. I did just that. I spoke to one representative who had suggested I take a connecting flight (longer travel time but ultimately have me arrive at my destination earlier) - after running this idea through with the group I would be flying with, we agreed on wanting to make this change.
I called back to inquire about the possibility of making this flight change and was met with such poor attitude - Mr. Parker Ashokan, who I spoke to over the phone raised his voice at me multiple times and was extremely impatient and frustrated whenever I asked for clarification. I felt like I was being an inconvenience to him because I was inquiring about an alternative option - which they had initially stated I was in the right to do so. My flights were ultimately rescheduled and Mr. Parker Ashokan sent a confirmation email asking for any feedback about my experience. I responded and offered to speak to a member of the supervisory team to provide further details about my experience. I received no response. After a week, I followed up with another email asking for someone to respond to ensure that my initial feedback had been received. It has been over a month and I still have not heard back from any member of Flight Network. Left incredibly disappointed and ignored. I won't be accessing Flight Network again for any future flights.

Not a very happy feeling. Have booked my tickets and even though I selected the seats that didn't cost anything, i was charged for the seat selection.

Backend team replies after 3 weeks in an Email "you are charged because of seat selection". So bad in terms of communication.
Next is I receive an Email that the seat I selected didn't go through the systems, so I won't be issued those seats. but, the money is not refunded.

First time booking through Flight Network and will definitely not be using this travel site again. My experience with customer service has been horrible. Flight Network informed me that to cancel my hotel booking one month in advance, I would incur a 100% penalty fee for the booking - they stated that this is the hotel's policy and not their own. I then gave the hotel a quick call directly and an employee relayed that they had no such policy. She helped me put through a cancellation order with a $0 penalty to ensure I would be refunded the full amount. Flight Network - not a trust-worthy organization.

Worse travel agency. Called back 2 hrs after booking to cancel my reservation, the agent refused to do it even after paying for travel cancellation fee. Called back again to speak to manager and did not hear from them for two weeks to this date. Called again and the agent Mita was super rude on the phone and completely ignored my request. I will not recommend anyone to book through them. I am eligible for refund on my ticket which I understand does not have to be in full after taxes and airline fees but they are completely ignoring my request. Stay away!

Excellent service. The flight cancellation insurance at around $352 for 2 tickets is astronomical, compared to around $57 for our previous flight. When questioned by telephone, an agent stated he would confirm a refund of $150 within 4 days, and we are still waiting.

Horrible customer service. It's been over a month and they have still not contacted me after they overcharged me for a flight. I will never use their platform again.
Be careful booking. I booked a flight online as I do every year. I pay for priority everything to ensure a seamless travel experience. I also ensure to book months ahead. Recently I booked, and with only a couple weeks left before the flight, I received and email stating that my advanced seat selection would be cancelled due to double booking and that the fees would be refubded. I called to figure out the situation and was told that my same seats were still available but that it was going to cost me almost twice as much to rebook the seats. The said it was a computer glitch and i had no choice but to pay. This is a scam. I've never booked with flightbetwork until now, and I will NEVER book again. (They also refuse to allow you to escalate matters to a manager, and make you wait on hold so they can "transfer" you)
FlightNetwork are always great to book with, accidentally got one of their extra insurance schemes and they were pretty easy to cancel with. Once I booked a flight for the wrong month and they were great about cancelling them too.
First and last using Flight Network.
July 7, made the booking, 2 days later received the e-Ticket.
I called them right away once I received my eTicket for name correction. My first name were appended with my Middle Name, no space in between while my passport has no middle name.
July 11, send an email as they have advice me to email a copy of my passport and eticket to customer care service.
Aug 6, I finally received an email from a customer service rep, offering me a $100 name correction fee which I have no option but to agree because my airfare is about CAD 1300.00.
A very frustrating and painful experience.
As some of you have shared in your review, that fees from this travel agency seemed affordable, their customer service was a complete nightmare.
On the day of my depature, I noticed that I had trouble checking-in online. It just so happened that there was a name error on my reservation, unfortunately I did not notice it until the day of departure. I tried contacting them immediately as the airline I was departing with, Air Canada, informed me that the only party who would have access to changing the error is the agency in which I purchased it from, Flight Network. With no response, and unable to reach anyone until 4 hrs later, I ended up missing my flight and paying for a greyhound to Washington as I needed to attend an important event.
When I finally got a hold of them, I spoke with a few agents who s dialogue would change quite often. Each of them were telling me something different and kept having in me go in circles with suggestions that had no results. After going back and forth, I thought they would at least make effort to have me return home since I was returning with another airline.
That became another problem as Flight Network kept claiming that they did not have access to change anything as it was too late.
When I finally spoke to the apparent Manager, he asked me to document everything and he would get back to me after thorough investigation. Dear readers, I kid you not, he responded within the hour with a response he already made mention of on the phone. I have e-mails of him stating, an apology with reason as to why it s basically my own fault and responsibility. That I should have called them earlier and something would have been done. I was also challenged about why I still decided to go on my trip when I was denied access. I am not sure what that has to do with his concern, if I paid for it. But none the less, I have e-mails of proof that I am willing to share if any of you feel like you are purchasing from a great third party travel agency.
After all the debates and frustrations, I ended up paying $680 to return back home, as both airlines received reports about my matter.

My question is, if I carried proof of identifications, I spoke with agents 24hrs before my return date, why couldn t they at least try bring me back home ?
Personally, it s evident that Flight Network chose to handle the situation at the convenience of their company and not in the favour of customer service.
I kindly urge everyone to really consider all other 3rd parties before purchasing.
It s better to pay an extra 15% to a company who will guarantee excellent customer service than to save 15% for mockery and lack of empathy. They definitely taught me how important it is, to not trust the system and ALWAYS double check your reservation or your itenary was to avoid this situation.
I wish you all the best, please be carefully out there with whom and where you purchase ur ticket from. This was one of and the ONLY worst travel experience I ve ever had. It was really stressful and a waste of time.

Hi there if you are checking them out first b4 you book any flight with them you are very smart. I did not do that and had really horrible experience with them. Seriously there are many more online air tickets company with better service than them. Their 24 hours service is a lie ! No one is there to take your phone call. I tried calling them more than twice, no one pick up, the phone ring till its dead. Even when you email them with all your tickets details they dun bother to reply.
The management is sleeping, so many bad reviews and they dun even do anything to improve.

This website does not even deserve one star. We had booked a ticket for my dad to go to Sri Lanka 2 months in advance with the layover being in Jeddah. The flight was scheduled to leave on a Saturday morning. The day before the flight (Friday at 5:00pm) I get a call from flight network letting me know that my dad needs to get a visa for his stay in Jeddah. I told him that he will not be leaving the airport or country, but the sales man said that he still needs to get a visa. I questioned his as to why we weren't notified two months ago when we booked the flight. I also told the guy that its 5pm on a Friday and everything is going to be closed. When I asked him what else we can do, he said that we have to cancel the flight and book another one. He said that we have to pay an extra $300.00 to cancel the flight.
Honestly, I think they might have over booked the flight and needed more space because when I researched it, you did not need a transit visa for Jeddah. My family was very disappointed with this service, as my dad was going back to Sri Lanka after 15 years, and had a difficult time getting days off from work as well. In the end we cancelled the ticket from flight network and decided to buy a ticket through Whitehorse Travels for a flight leaving on Saturday afternoon.

Just had our first booking through Flight Network. We quickly learned that our flight could not be confirmed because the price was no longer available - airline prices change so quickly. I called Flight Network, and Anthony spent a great deal of time resolving our problem by finding us what we needed for only a few pennies difference in the cost. Pic.2 EXCEPT for the seat selection fee. With Air Canada, seat selection is free, so when buying my AC tickets on FlightNetwork's site, I never suspected they were charging me for this. The fee appears in small black text that can easily be overlooked, contrary to all of the other optional fees.
Pic.3 EVERY honest online retailer shows you the final amount you're paying when checking out. NOT SO with FlightNetwork. They designed their website to hide the final amount paid when pressing the green "Complete Your Booking" button. This is intentionally deceitful and a truly disgusting business practice!
Immediately after realizing my mistake (they show you the total paid AFTER you've paid it, NOT before), I called them. The two people I spoke with said there's nothing they can do, even though the flight selection fee is a fee THEY charge, NOT the airline. I sent them an email with all of the details of my complaint and the screen grabs above. I never got a response. What I DID get from them, is an email with a coupon code for $10 off my purchase... 3 hours AFTER I made my purchase!
Companies that trick their customers through websites that are intentionally designed to fool and cheat should be boycotted. Especially since they refuse to own up to their trickery when a customer calls them out on it.

These are simply thieves stealing your money. If you do not show up at the airport..they will take all the money . Then they will ask you to pay extra 200 dollars plus tax just to pay back 300 out of the 1000!! ***WARNING THIEVES ALERT***PLEASE STAY FARRRRRR AWAY FROM FLIGHT NETWORK!!! I had booked a flight back in March of 2020 with a destination to South America. The total price I paid for that ticket was $965.00CAD then Covid-19 broke out and trips started to cancel. FlightNetwork told me I had to pay $150.00 CAD to cancel my trip even though we were in the mist of a pandemic and it was out of my control. Moving along, after I paid that amount I was told that a voucher would be sent to me. I received a voucher months later after reaching out to them numerous of times and getting no response and pretty much nowhere. The condition of the voucher was that I had to use it before Dec 31st 2020 and here we are still in the the ongoing pandemic and where travel was prohibitted. Dec 2020 came along and I once had to call FlightNetwork to see what will happen with my voucher since I would not be able to use it in the time frame they specified. After long waits on the phone and being transferred from one person to another I was told that I had to contact Air Canada which I did!! Air Canada told me basically that FlightNetwork should know that AirCanada has extended everyones vouchers purchased on air Canada or a third party website to be used by March 15 2022. NOW PLEASE TELL ME HOW COME THESE MORONS AT FLIGHT NETWORK couldn't just simply tell me that information or BETTER YET UPDATE THEIR WEBSITE stating that your vouchers have been extended to a certain date. Now, lastly but not least, the time came for me to use my voucher to book another flight with a new destination. I had to fly to Vancouver for work so I decided to use my voucher, I call Flight Network and again long wait and transferred back and forth the customer service agent can't rebook my flight because something was wrong with the system. I call back the next day same thing again and this time the customer service agent tells me that his system TIMED OUT and I HAVE TO WAIT 24HRS FOR IT TO REFRESH!!! I could not believe this is how they deal with people and the system they have running. Called back the next day and here is the kicker I finally got to rebook using my "VOUCHER" with a new destination which was cheaper than the destination I booked the first time but now I HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA $455.00 CAD on top of the $965.00 CAD I paid for my original ticket. HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE!!?!?!?! Once I was all booked I got a receipt for my ticket but no itinerary!! I HAD TO CALL ONCE AGAIN TO FLIGHT NETWORK A DAY BEFORE MY TRIP TO ASK THEM WHATS GOING ON WAITED FOR 1HR AFTER THAT GOT TRANSFERRED THE NEW PERSON TALKING TO ME HAD NO CLUE I EVEN HAD REBOOKED MY FLIGHT AND IT WAS JUST A WHOLE NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH. I was nervous I was going to be totally messed up because I booked my flight from Rome for the the wrong month! I realized it the next day luckily and called them and they simply just canceled it so I could rebook it on the right day. I was so grateful that I was able to do that with no feedback or no issues. Stuck in the airport, due to changes that were made to my flight multiple times and the short layover... after waiting on the line for 50 minutes, someone picks up, and puts me on hold again, and I get disconnected 10 minutes later.
I recently booked a flight for a really good price with flight network. The booking went through and I received a confirmation almost immediately after. A few days later I received an email stating that my booking had been canceled due to an issue with my credit card. I followed up with my bank only to learn that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my card and that there was no record of the payment. Flight Network could give me absolutely no explanation for why my booking had been canceled and insisted that i book at the new price which was $300 more expensive than what I paid! Don't book with them unless you want to be cheated for a more expensive price. Worst experience ever!

The most basic questions are a challenge for these people. Trying to claim the price drop protection money has been impossible so far. The first rep that I spoke to couldn't even locate my booking on their system using either my phone number or the booking confirmation number that was clearly stated right on the invoice that they sent me. Please do yourself a favour and book directly through the airline or a more reputable broker. Just terrible...
This company is a master scammer! Every person on the line is telling us different information regarding covid-19 policy. One person says we cannot change our travel plans to 2021 because it's the airline policy, called air transat and they said it's not true. After many hours, and speaking with many agents they have changed our flights to a date in 2021 but added some extra fees on top. Will never book through them again, beware!!!
Don't book with this incompetent and helpless comp. Once you purchase your ticket you are stack with it. Use it or loose it. Absolutely no help for cancelling trips. Anytime you want to change anything all kind of fees apply. Go straight to the airlines.
I was supposed to travel to New York for Christmas from Toronto. Right from Pearson Airport I was denied entry to US, so I did not used any of the flights booked for this trip. I called Flight Network to cancel the return flight and get some refund for the first one. I got nothing. Just lost $500.
Booked at flight for 1600...rep called me back day of the flight and said the ticket price increased and I would have to pay 200 more if I want the ticket. Scammers
