STAY AWAY FROM THESE MORONS!!! The customer service reps are entirely inept in every way. They don't have a clue about pretty much anything and even give you made up and incorrect information. The most basic questions are a challenge for these people. Trying to claim the price drop protection money has been impossible so far. The first rep that I spoke to couldn't even locate my booking on their system using either my phone number or the booking confirmation number that was clearly stated right on the invoice that they sent me. Please do yourself a favour and book directly through the airline or a more reputable broker. Just terrible...
