Scam! Website says you can purchase their Best Purchase Guarantee on the same day. But they DO NOT HONOR IT!!! They will keep your money and NOT refund your ticket as state on their website. I have a phone recording of their 'customer service rep' denying me my refund. Total scam! Use a trusted website. I will be reporting them to TICO and BBB
