Not a very happy feeling. Have booked my tickets and even though I selected the seats that didn't cost anything, i was charged for the seat selection.

Spoke with customer care executive, who had a standard answer "out backend team will get back to you"

Backend team replies after 3 weeks in an Email "you are charged because of seat selection". So bad in terms of communication.

Next is I receive an Email that the seat I selected didn't go through the systems, so I won't be issued those seats. but, the money is not refunded.

Will never recommend their services to anyone.
