During a pandemic where my wife and I have been out of work and trying to get back home to Australia before I become stranded with no visa and not able to work legally, our flights have been canceled and flightnetwork have not offerd any help and are not giving us a refund for a service we will not receive, have called multiple times and constantly get nowhere, very unprofessional would not recommend booking with to anybody unless you like stress and after the phone calls constant frustration.
