I had used Flight Network in the past to book flights and had not encountered any issues until recently. I was not impressed with the customer service I had experienced while trying to rectify a flight change and have yet to have my emails answered with my feedback to my experience.

I had booked a set of 6 flights and was notified that the airline had changed their flight schedule and that the original flight time would be pushed for 7 hours. I was given the option to call Flight Network and seek an alternative flight if I chose not to accept the later scheduled flight time. I did just that. I spoke to one representative who had suggested I take a connecting flight (longer travel time but ultimately have me arrive at my destination earlier) - after running this idea through with the group I would be flying with, we agreed on wanting to make this change.

I called back to inquire about the possibility of making this flight change and was met with such poor attitude - Mr. Parker Ashokan, who I spoke to over the phone raised his voice at me multiple times and was extremely impatient and frustrated whenever I asked for clarification. I felt like I was being an inconvenience to him because I was inquiring about an alternative option - which they had initially stated I was in the right to do so. My flights were ultimately rescheduled and Mr. Parker Ashokan sent a confirmation email asking for any feedback about my experience. I responded and offered to speak to a member of the supervisory team to provide further details about my experience. I received no response. After a week, I followed up with another email asking for someone to respond to ensure that my initial feedback had been received. It has been over a month and I still have not heard back from any member of Flight Network. Left incredibly disappointed and ignored. I won't be accessing Flight Network again for any future flights.
