Added one star just to make a review , doesn't deserve that too... Was not at all helpful while booking ticket before covid and now during this crisis they don't even know the solution of how to use a credit. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Customer support doesn't have same answers for helping their customers, everytime you call they have a different answer with a new explaination.
NEVER EVER BOOK TICKETS THROUGH THEM!!
