Cancellation policy is a trap, book through the airline. Booked a flight with them for Westjet to England then Aer Lingus to Dublin on the last leg. Because Aer Lingus does not provide refunds they are refusing to refund the WestJet portion too (so if i had of booked it through WestJet in the first place i would be getting my money back) Very frustrating.

We booked 7 flights to San Juan from Toronto, we did this online. Everything seemed to go well, while we were booking, the price increased by $35 /ticket. We were billed the higher fee but were told that we'd be reimbursed the difference. We received the reimbursement the next day, which was more than a surprise, thought it was going to be one of those "sure, right" moments. This was the first time dealing with Flight Network, they left me a little concerned when they called a couple of hours latter after booking the flights and said my credit card was denied, they required more card information which left me a bit concerned in-light of all the scams going around. I called VISA myself they said the charges went through no problem at the time of the booking, we'll see if anything goes bad, but so far nothing. One issue with dealing with a third party vendor is that you don't have the same online services with the airlines you would get if you booked with them directly.
Don't even deserve a one star to be honest. i've been waiting for my refund since july 2020. Now the customer service hang up on me, multiple times!!.....wow.
Say no to this website, 3.7 star rating I am 100% sure it's paid reviews perhaps they don't deserve single star rating. My honest review-they will treat you like a customer until you pay, afterwards, they will change the flight schedule without your consent if you tried to call their customer care number 24x7 busy emailing it's a joke.
totally scam i bought my ticket. they cancelled it and email me a whole new ticket with a wrong destination. I tried to email, called them up and explain the situation but all they try to do is running away from you and make you call the airline yourself... Still waiting for my resolve with the flight.
Totally a scam. Don't buy tickets from them. They charged me $500 dollars for seat selections and can't be cancelled. You won't be able to know how much you are going to pay before you book your flight.
In the previous 7 days I had several interaction with the Flight Network rep regarding the cancellation of my ticket to Zagreb, Croatia because of some misunderstanding regarding the itinerary. The representative made all effort to change the itinerary and after she could not help me, she cancelled the ticket with no penalty. Because of the genuine effort this rep made I consequently bought 2 ticket to Zagreb for me and my wife from them. I sincerely recommend Flight Network for your travel need. Horrible. Stay far away. I ordered a ticket through them and called them after may card was charged to confirm that everything was in order. They confirmed that everything was fine. A day before the flight at 3:48 AM I get an email that I need to send a proof from the bank by sms that I'm the legit owner of the account. Less than 3 hours later at 6 am, I get a second email that my flights were cancelled. I called Flightnetwork and they said it was cancelled because I did respond to the email. Were they expecting that I wait up every night, the entire night in case they email me for verification.
Requested a refund for a canceled BA flight 4 months ago! They still havnt processed the request! Fraud! Do not recommend at all! They shut down their phone lines and social networks as well. No way to approach them now
Never again!!!! Just like the comments already here, their website is set-up wherein you are highly likely to incur extra charges. It'll ask you to book a seat without a warning of extra charges and only until you have made the payment that you will see the charges. What a way to SCAM people.
The guy on the phone was very helpful and stayed with me while I booked ticket. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the amount of fields needed to be filled in and the extra questions that made it confusing like asking to buy insurance before moving to the next field on the website. Could be cleaner.

Bait & Switch price on web is different from what is billed to credit card. $24.99 for me to choose a seat? (It was the last seat available on the flight) Since when did airlines start charging to choose an economy seat?

Worst customer service..you are better off finding a ticket on their website, and then call or contact the airline directly to make your booking. I was on hold for 2.5 hrs, then told by the rep that he could not complete my request, then put back on hold for 2 more hours: the second rep was in the process of booking a flight but I was disconnected. No one called back to finish the booking. Will NEVER use them again

I searched a pair or returning flights over Google. Two international flights were priced identically between Expedia and Flight Network.
The google main page said that the equal prices displayed by both companies contained all taxes, fees, and surcharges. You know, "no surprises".
So I check the Expedia page first. I had business with them before and felt safe. Until I saw that their price from the google page was before an extra $148 in additional fees. I then checked Flight Network and they had the earlier price with all the fees, taxes, and surcharges already built into their first-page price. So while Expedia lied to google, Flight Network did not.
My only chip on Flight Network was that they tried selling me Cancellation insurance for $6.01 but everytime I clicked on it a new $78 cancellation policy got added to the total cost.
So everyone seems a little less than honest and Flight Network appears to be the leaser of the evils.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Everyone understands that businesses are hurting due to covid, but that's no excuse for ghosting your customers.
I was promised a refund MONTHS ago and have not heard from or been able to get ahold of them since. If you want to put yourself in a bad mood, give these guys a call - the automated voice tells you an agent will be available in 5 mins for literal hours on end.
I will never use their service again and would caution all others against them.
I love how easy and smooth everything was processed, at first I thought it was fake but I called the number and was explained everything in detailed!! Love there customer services, right after I made my purchase the airline sent me an email... very safe and fast!
Try calling customer service, wait time of 4 hours +++ and then they can't assist you when the airlines change a flight to a date in the PAST!!! , avoid this company
I rarely write bad review. I was manipulated by one representative for advanced seat selection and its fee. I asked to have invoice four times, each time they said they would send , but a month passed, still not receive it. Extremely poor service .
I also had a very bad costumer service with this company. I booked a flight then few hours later received a cancellation email. The email stated the I'll receive my money back within 5-10 days, the actual flight cost was refunded but I was charged 2 fees in the amount of $19.07 ($34.14) which was not refunded. I called them and they claimed that they haven't charged me anything. After an argument with the costumer service, they told me they will refund me with one fee ($19.07) and send them a proof to receive the other fee! Not sure why that? But if I don't receive my money back within the next few days, I'm taking them to court.
Definitely never do service with them again. I never had problems with Orbitz, I advised people to use this helpful site.
We like the many choices of flights and connection. Especially pleased with the availability of nonstop flights from Prague to Toronto. If you are looking for improvement, we would love to see a nonstop flight from Toronto to Prague as well. Booking process is simple and efficient.
The worst travel agency I've ever seen, they sold us a direct airplane ticket from Colombia to Toronto round trip. The firs time when my mom 67 years old woman visually impaired without any reason an mysteriously they stop her fly 3 hours in santa Marta with avianca airlines but coincidently their solution was to sent her from Bogota to El Salvador then Toronto, because for sure with all that delayed she lost the connection with air Canada flight to Toronto. Well without any option we had to accept his spam, but what a surprise when my mother was planning to get back to Colombia 3 months after, I just called to air Canada to confirm something when I found out that this "serious and honest" travel agency had changed my mother's direct travel from toronto to Bogota to a more than one stop to different countries without notice nor email or phone call, I just figured out this from an nice air canada agent the night before of her flight, !what a awesome surprise". I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL THE PEOPLE WHO READ THIS NEVER USE THIS AGENCY IF CAN NAMED A COMPANY LIKE THIS. They hurt our peace and tranquility first of my mother and then mine because I was in Canada and I could not accompany her in this moment of anguish, with all her disabilities and age I had to board a plane alone to different countries turning a 6-hour flight on a 12-hour flight with long waiting hours sitting at an airport late at night and midnight. but the worst thing is that they planned to do the same to her back to her country, sending her to different stops such as Panama or San Diego. Judge for you what kind of company this is. God bless you.
Great customer service. Had to come back early on a flight, CSR explained the policy in a structured fashion, looked up potential flights that would work within my parameters (dates, length of travel, and cost) and provided a cost breakdown for me. Made changing the flights effortless on my part. Would use this service again. Didn't have to wait long for a CSR. Unfortunately, like all other airlines and booking services, the cost of changing flights is quite high and not much can be done about it.
Scammers! If I could I would give them MINUS FIVE stars! My flight has been cancelled a year ago due to covid. They refuse to reimburse, even I had additional insurance with them, and I was told the only option is to postpone a flight and use credit during next 2 years. After a year I was able to speak to a representative after days of trying. Those guys refuse to book me the flight I found on airline schedule, even it was $100 more expensive than my previous one, and suggested me only two options, two times more expensive and awkward for connections. They lied me about airline policy about this, but when I went directly to the airline I ve changed my flight with no problems at all! They lie all time. I was told before, my additional insurance will be transferred to a new ticket. No way! They refuse to transfer the insurance. Avoid in all cost!
Shady business practices. They offered seat selection which I ordered and was billed for. The airline doesn't offer this service (you select your seats oncheckin)and yet Flight Network billed me for it anyway. I got to the airport only to find out that I payed for something that doesnt even exist. Also, the markups on the luggage was more than double what the airline was charging. FN wouldnt refund the money for the seat selection even though the airline (Frontier) confirmed it's not an option until checkin. Don't be fooled by their pricing...it's cheaper to go straight to the airline or through another service.
Horrible horrible company! Booked a flight and did same day cancellation because I was overcharged. I was told I would have to wait 7-10 business days for my money to be refunded. It s been 14 business days and I still haven t received my money back. I ve contacted their customer service line 3 times with 3 different answers as to why I haven t been refunded. One said wait 2-3 days longer, another said it was never charged to begin with!!!!! When you email them the issue and proper documents for proof they send you an automated email saying they will get back to you in 5-7 business days! All and all a horrible experience! I just want my hard earned money back! Beware of booking with this company! Such a headache!
I am very happy with Flight Network for helping me get a ticket for a cheaper price.Even though the price went up by 40 dollars, they still didn't make me pay the higher price.
I will book again with FlightNetwork, they provide a prompt response that doesn't come back saying like other sites: "We understand your concern about booking confirmation #XXXXXX However, please be advised that the Airline you selected were unable to confirm your flights for the fare you had requested." I recommend this site for their excellent service and low price.

I had to cancel ticket within 24 hours due to lock down in South Africa. I was penalized in excess of $1000 on unexplainable reasons. Had a 20 minute discussion with them and the only person from their call Center in India could tell me is send us an email. I paid $3110. For ticket and only got refunded 2090. In addition, 2 days later credit still hasn t been applied on my credit card. STAY AWAY from these guys. They re not to be trusted. Edit
I bought an air ticket with insurance. The flight was cancelled in April 2019 by the airline, but I never get my money back for the ticket and insurance ($998.05). Very bad communication with FlightNetwork staff and their Claim Department. They said that I won't get my money back. I don't recommend to use their services if you don't want to waste your money and valuable time. They don't deserve even 1 star.
Terrible customer service. I've tried calling them at 6 in the morning and 11 at night (supposedly they're open 24hrs), 2 to 4 hours wait time easy. When I finally got hold of someone he transferred me to some other rep and its another 4 hours wait, literally. This company is a joke.
Wait time is a one thing but then their reps sitting in India provides false information. I was told flights are cancelled so no rescheduling was available for 2nd week of June when 2 of my relatives literally came from same country on that same week on a same airline. Are you kidding me flight network? Tried reaching them on Twitter, email, no response. Writing this review while waiting for someone to answer the phone from last hour and half.
Update: Had to wait 3.5 hours to get hold of a rep, I asked a question about the flight, she put me on hold, 3 mins later she just hung up. Great job flight network.
They offer various payment options but when you try to utilize anything other then credit card they throw up many many roadblocks it's not worth the hassle to deal with flightnetwork

Booked domestic tickets in Sept 2020, flight was cancelled by the airline in Oct 2020, contacted Flight Network who told me to contact the airline, took 3 weeks for the airline to confirm the refund had been issued to Flight Network, then the Flight Network stopped answering the phone.
Called MasterCard, they reversed the charges in 1 day and will go after Flight Network for you, don't waste your time on this company any more. There is a reason why you have a credit card.
Don't buy from them! They charged me $87 for trip cancellation insurance. I thought it was $5 for the entire trip, but they instead charged me $5/day. So unhappy, and the customer service did not help at all!
As usual a very good job. One thing missing: seat selection on Air Canada / Lufthansa flights or at least instructions on how to get seats selection from the airline web site.

I was able to find the cheapest flight though these guys, there customer service was also very accommodating when I did not see my trip on my flight network profile. I still have not figured out how to sink this with my google account so all my flight show up on google calendar like it has when i have used other services.

Great customer service, especially from Sonya! However it did take a long time before I got ahold of someone, and the time to change or cancel a flight is a maybe 3 hours, after that cancellation isn't possible without the added insurance. Also the site changes the destination you wanted if it isn't an option. Tried for ft Lauderdale and got Miami, my fault for not noticing before buying but still.
I have never written a review in my life but this situation is something I ve never faced before. My flight was cancelled due to covid back in early September. Air Canada sent me proof (which I have showed them) that they returned my money to flight network but flight network refuses to return my money to me. I have been calling them- including 6 hour hold times and being hung up on due to lost connection. I ve been chasing them around and they just telling me they will look into this. Absolutely a scam. I was robbed out of my money and anyone who books a flight with this company will to.
I ended up having to call an agent because my original flight purchase didn't go through. I'm not sure exactly what happened, and I lost the flight at the best price, but they found me a similar flight for a similar enough price.
The agent was super helpful and put the effort into finding me the best flight options available. The agent I spoke with ended up finding me a flight that cut my total travel time in half for just a little bit more than I was originally hoping to book the flight for (well worth the money to save 15 hours travelling).
They don't just find you the cheapest flight like other online travel agents, they find you the best flight options and give you good advice/recommendations. I would definitely use them again.
All in all though, their customer service was excellent. If you have any issues, questions or concerns, just call them.
Stole over $2,000 in flights from me due to covid. How convenient for them. No voucher, no reschedule, amex would not process a charge back. No nothing. No communication. Hours on hold. Absolutely terrible. I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows how terrible this website is including physical letters to every state and federal official who deals with airline regulations.

I directly called an agent to book a flight to Paris via flight network and I'm extremely disappointed to find out that my flight ticket doesn't include atleast 1 baggage allowance. I was never informed of this by your agent until today More
DO NOT USE THIS SITE! This is absolutely the worst ticketing agency. I paid for a premium economy ticket and received economy. I called the agency several times and was assured that I would be called back. It took them 30 DAYS to contact me. They offered compensation that is 1/10th of the difference in ticket fair. And absolutely no offer for my inconvenience. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Takes several hours for anyone to actually pick up the phone, when you call they say they provide a credit (even though EU law states we can get refunded) but provide no proof, and when you ask for a refund they give you an email address that no one answers. Save yourself time and don t book with this company, less than useless
Be careful when you book via your cell phone, I would recommend either using their website on a physical computer or calling them. Some of the charges don't show up for the selections you make on the cell phone. For instance I clicked a box to sit together and was charged a whopping $117 for a 2 hour flight, absolutely crazy charge, yet there wasn't any charge listed when I booked it. I called them when I noticed the charge, but was informed it was too late. Sent an email to the customer service and although it took 7 days for a response, a customer service representative named Henry was very polite and explained and broke down every one of the charges and refunded as much of the charge as he could which ended up only being $30, but I guess its at least something... I STILL think it's ridiculous that I was charged for something I couldn't even see, therefore I have to leave a bad review. There is obviously something wrong with their website via mobile phone. I am leaving an extra star just because of the customer service rep that answered me.

They would trick you into paying for all the add-ons, there's an endless list and by the time you get to the bottom of it, you wouldn't remember to check the total charge and that's how they get to you. When you review the invoice and found something you declined but still somehow ended up in your invoice, and tried to call them, they make you hold forever. When someone finally picks up, they will tell you they are sorting it out and tell you to hold for 3-5 minutes and it turned into an hour and still the person didn't come back. That's how they make money. WTF. How is such a booking website exist. Please guys, stay away from them.

My flight was cancelled in May because of covid-19, and I received an email stating there s no refunds, but I get a credit that has to be used/travelled by Jan 2021. I called to clarify that it was cancelled and ask how I would redeem my credit, and the staff was very rude and condescending. She told me that in order to use this credit, I have to call in. I recently decide to use my credit because I didn t want to lose out on $800. I was on hold for 2 1/2 hours and then I lost connection. My partner then call because I was so frustrated, which he was on hold for the same amount of time. Once he got through to the agent, she told him she couldn t book any flights at that moment because she locked herself out of her account! This was after we have both been on hold for 5+ hours! She did eventually call back, but then she told us there s a FlightNetwork fee, which I noticed we didn t have to pay for during the initial booking we did ourselves... Save yourself the time, money and headache by booking directly with the airline.
Excellent service. Booked on line and included insurance by accident. Called the 1-800 number and the error was corrected - without even being put on hold. Charges were reversed on my credit card within 5 minutes. Thanks so much
My husband and I purchased tickets in August 2020 and due to the pandemic the airline cancelled the flight. The airline informed us that the funds were sent to Flight Network in mid November. It is now January 2021 and there is no sign of the money. We keep calling and the same answer it is being processed . We are starting to wonder if we will ever see that money. It is ridiculous that at a time like this they choose to keep money that does not belong to them. After this experience we will NEVER use them again.
The absolute worst company with the most atrocious costumer service. Ive got hung up on two times, was told I would have a confirmation in my email in 48 hour and never got it and the lies still continued. I now have to go out of my way to drive to their location just to be able to talk to someone in person because every time I ask for a manager they refuse to transfer me to one ! I would rather pay $100 extra and have peace of mind than ever book with the again. A joke of a company, avoid at all costs !
I have purchased a ticket from Toronto to Dhaka, and flightnetwork have sent me an email few hours later that the reservation had been canceled by the Airline. Since than, I have been trying to contact the schedule agent through their phone and email to reschedule my flight but still no response. I hope that someone will get back to me.
Hidden fees in luggage. Got a refund from the airline but these people pay with their own credit card so we never actually got the refund back. They are a complete scam. Most unhelpful customer service and ridiculous fees. A shame of company.
