If I could give this company a zero, I would. NO PRICE DIFFERENCE IS WORTH GOING WITH THIS COMPANY, I PROMISE YOU. save you headache, hour long phone calls. I ended up tripling my cost to change my initial flight, then they cancelled my flights because of covid and I had to pay the difference. Ive never had a worse experience with the many times I travelled and I promised myself, pay a little more working directly with the airlines than this company. STAY AWAY!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
