I had booked a ticket for the same day flight and didn t realize I had paid for seats. I called and the person on the phone I wish I had kept his name was so understanding and took care of my issue. I sincerely can t thank him enough for his understand and truly taking care of the customer. I will definitely be using flightNetwotk again!!!!
