July 7, made the booking, 2 days later received the e-Ticket.

I called them right away once I received my eTicket for name correction. My first name were appended with my Middle Name, no space in between while my passport has no middle name.

July 11, send an email as they have advice me to email a copy of my passport and eticket to customer care service.

Aug 6, I finally received an email from a customer service rep, offering me a $100 name correction fee which I have no option but to agree because my airfare is about CAD 1300.00.

A very frustrating and painful experience.
