Due to COVID19 my flight was cancelled and flightn...
Due to COVID19 my flight was cancelled and flightnetwork gave me credit of that. But now I want to re book flight and they are not answering my phone calls. After waiting for around 2 hours, customer care executive picked up the phone and said they will transfer me to another respective department and then they put me on hold for another hour and a half and eventually did not answer it back. I called them more than 3 times and every time my call was not answered. This is highly unprofessional behavior.
