- You will be charged for 2nd servicing, even if 1st servicing was unsuccessful & left by the technician.

We were fully aware that our Oven was still not completely working when the technician left (Electricity trips on certain settings)
We allowed him to leave, because he said he checked everything and it might be due to excess moisture. He assured us the oven will be under 3 months warranty. He left & following his advice we left the oven on for 1 to 2 hours.
Oven still didn't work after that (trips electricity). Rescheduled an appointment with Electrolux and they're asking us to pay another SGD 95???!
Unfair pricing - why should we pay to send the technician? Taxi around Singapore doesn't even cost that much.
Oh! To make matters worse - let's not forget their very robotic Customer Service. I mentioned in my email that $95 would not be needed to be paid as we just had it serviced. But their reply didn't even deny that! So if I didn't confirm it myself, i would just be shocked to pay another $95 when the technician arrives???
Beware of the service and sales gimmick! I called service center for the washer service. The customer service, Roszana told me service ($25) + motherboard ($100-an). When the technician came, he charged me $95 for the service charge. I called service center again, Roszana who told me $25 was not in the office. The technician informed us that if we buy new one, the service charge will be offset against purchase price. Again, fall to another trap, the model that we were keen indeed was discontinued when we called office. Only more expensive model are available. Stay away from Electrolux Service Center!

I have already sent email to customer care before your reply here on the second issue. My id here is my name. No need to hide identity. I was keen on the model 7.5 kg in the promotion but was told discontinued item. How can a discontinued item is still being advertised in half year promotion? Somemore, the technician was the one who propose me to buy that model. Unbelievable, I still can find the same model from retailers. Don t come and tell me the retailers carry old stock.
Friend of me brought a ELECTROLUX dryer EDP2074PDW. At first they decide to put beside the washer, after deliver they want to stack ontop of the washer. And ELECTROLUX still do stacking for them with very good service... good...

The dryer was bought for a year, and the seal was broken. Then change one, it's very simple, but the customer service reply is that Singapore does not have this accessory, it takes 3-4 months (SEALING, AIR DUCT, BASEMENT eta3-4months $10.upon confirmation order.) to get the rubber. Seal. No accessories? No accessories? No accessories? So easy and bad things, even Singapore has no accessories! ! ! Ok, I don't care about it without accessories. Dear, Electrolux still lived in the era of 100 years ago. Transportation is so difficult. It takes 3-4 months to ship a rubber seal. How can such a company compete? After seeing the Customer review, the bad reviews abound, and the But company doesn't seem to care, it's speechless. Oh, I won t buy your family s products in the future, and I will say to my friends: Don t buy! ! !

i've purchased the hood and hob 3 years back and they are still doing good. as such, beginning of last year i gotten myself a handheld vacuum cleaner and 2 ovens for baking & roasting. so far they had been doing good and much satisfied with them.
Wrote in due to malfunction of my oven purchased 6 mth back. Got a response on the same day and managed arrange for a service man in 2 working days. A repairman uncle came by.. He was pretty good..Managed to fix the problem..overall experience was hassle free
I brought an Electrolux washer-dryer and it turned out the washing was ok but the drying was not working. We did not know about this when it was delivered as the installer just demo the washing and said everything was ok.
We called Electrolux and the repairman came and suspected the motor faulty and said he had no parts. It has been a week and we heard nothing from Electrolux on the parts availability. Despite calling the call centers every other day, nobody can tell us whether there is parts or when the parts will be available. And since this is dead on arrival, we should reasonably expect a replacement but again, this fell on dead ears.
So is this the standard customer experience Electrolux offers to its customers?

Agreed with the postings on their after sales service. Its down right appalling. Spoken to so many customer care lady Audrey, Sharon, Ivy, May ....some can't recall names...they don't follow up on thr cases...poor customer got to call. My machine broke down since may day reported on 3 may and technician came twice problem still not solved. Everytime he will tell me report back to office to see got spare parts...and service centre will call me...but they never get back after this. Scheduled of repair not on priority depend on area where you staying...just one word to describe my feeling towards Electrolux appalling and will not recommend to buy their product unless they redeem themselves within these few days...if they bother to read feedbacks....I doubt so
Bought dishwasher and washing machine from Electrolux which lasted year after year. Been using them for almost 10 years already and will buy another Electrolux when I eventually need to change.

Really disappointed with the tardy service and the quality of your products. Especially when the machine was only purchased barely a year and major repairs are required (motor and hose).
I would definitely not recommend this brand to anyone.
Not sure about the products but the service is terrible. I bought a cooker hob, hood and washer from them and scheduled delivery for 1 Jun. A representative called me to say that they didn't have stocks for the hood and would have to postpone my delivery to the 11th. I told her then that my contractors would all have gone off and would Electrolux then provide installation? She gave me a call back promising delivery AM of 11 Jun and installation on the PM of 11 Jun. I waited ALL DAY on 11 Jun PM and NO ONE TURNED UP. Halfway through the wait, I called up the Electrolux call centre at 3pm, someone called Siow answered my call and said he would get the relevant department to call me back, I waited till 4.30pm - nothing. I call again, this time answered by Mercy, she claims that she needs time to check what is going on before she can respond to me, when it's half an hour to closing time. And FINALLY I wait till 6pm and no one ever turns up, I receive a call, this time from someone called Ivy, who claims that Electrolux DOES NOT provide installation services, even though I explained to her that installation was promised to me based on the circumstances of the case. She insists Electrolux doesn't take care of any installation - so what is she trying to say? I'm lying? Fast forward to the next day and the case is closed without any attempt at service recovery. Congratulations Electrolux, this is the way you treat your customers after multiple purchases from your brand, just insisting that you are right and closing the case hoping your angry customers just go away.
How could you service a washer/dryer in 9 minutes? My wife has just paid $95 for a technician to attend to a leak and loud noises. The technician came, pressed a button or 2, told my wife to push the clothes all the way in to stop the leaking, collected $95 and left. How can you possibly charge anything for this, let alone $95?
Call service center the lady answer the phone are no in patient and rude. But next day I call again the other last was so politely and patient.

My first Electrolux bagless vacuum cleaner lasted for 7 years, with one replacement of vacuum cleaning head which I felt was pretty decent. This was why I purchased a newer model from Electrolux when the old one stopped working.
In about 6 months, the new unit was down. I brought it to the customer service at One North, the dropoff was fuss free.
But thereafter there was no update on the works required, or when it would be ready. I made a 4 calls in total and each time, I would be told the same thing that it would take 7 to 10 working days for repair (which was silly when the later calls were made after 10 working days already) and that they have sent in an email to the engineering department who had not yet replied.
Quite a disappointment.
If there is negative I will definitely opt for negative review. Purchase a vacuum from Electrolux and was warranty for 2years. I just used for 1yrs and problem came out. First was the motor. Call in to service centre and was told need to bring it back. Hence we brought it back to SV and need was told vacuum need to be left there for up to 10days. Well, 10days later no one call for update. Call up SV to check and was told will call back but no one call back at all. We have to call up multiple times to get updates instead. Secondly the rubber hose vacuum can be so easily break off within 4mths time. I am wondering the quality of your items seriously and worse is the parts still need to wait for 4 to 5weeks and it's been 6weeks yet I did not heard from them a single news. How do you expect consumers to trust your products again when after sales service was so badly mamage by your services centre. This will be the very 1st and last time I will purchase theirs brand of products to avoid having encounter such a services again.
Consumer/Customer sevice team, please look into your internal issue which seriously need to be rectified otherwise you will not have any loyalty customer to stay on with you.
i had a good experience on the customer service as i came over with a very frustrating issue about my vacuum, but in spite of my frustration and angry tone, the person there still serve me patiently and even guided me on how to use it with better maintanence too. really do appreciate the extra miles!
I will get to their Electrolux HQ and provide the feedback. Very bad service on the call. Nobody answer the call expect their answering machine. Have waited over an hour over 2 separate call. Might as well shutdown their service center than and then move out from Singapore. If there is negative star, you will be TOP of the list.
Another Vintec wine cooler bites the dust. This is the second one in a row. Funny thing is my first one brought 10 yrs ago is still working. Even since Electrolux brought over Vintec, it has been down and down. I will wait and see what will happen to my fourth! Fool me twice....

After I checked the Google reviews and FB comment on the community page of their FB page, I realised many people encounter the same problem and rating their service quite bad...
But I really needed to contact someone who can repair my plug of the laundry dryer as I can not use it anymore and it was really dangerous when it broke (plug was burned) so I was scared...
According to the other customers comment, I posted my situation and photos to let the company knows and wait someone to contact me. But after a few hours...nobody contact me...
Yes...still a few hours in my case so I keep trying my luck another a few more days....
But I have no idea when I can use the dryer again....

Anyway, I strongly request them to update their operation hour / closing date and phone number details if they have any changes as I really can not believe no customer service officer or operator to answer the phone call all the time and difficult to reach...
Similar issues of calling, waiting and no reply. Email non-responsive as well. Crappy oven shorts out every two weeks, avoid renting a place with their products if you can.

Customer service in person was very blah. No warmth. No one was at the counter when I arrived. Unhelpful with questions and placed too much assumptions on customer knowledge to the point of rudeness. Very unpleasant personality. After collecting payment, there was no 'thank you for visiting Electrolux etc...'. Great products but extremely poor after sales service.

The products are actually ok. Unfortunately the support is terrible. Calls to the support centre were not answered on several occasions. Managed to get a reply via email after 3 weeks. The call out rate was expensive $95 . Don't think we will buy Electrolux appliances again because of the lousy support centre.

Been dragging my feet for months but I decided to call the Service Centre at 10:50am this morning and was connected to a Service Staff within 2mins - which I am sure is a short wait for many consumers who had experienced longer wait times dealing with service centres.
The Operator was good and had excellent product knowledge which she put to good use in identifying the cause of the problems with my washer and oven.
With both problems requiring a site visit, she managed to secure an appointment for me the next afternoon.
This first experience is impressive and hope the Electrolux Team keeps up the great work.

Very good product and using for over 20 years. Lately continue using their products like washer machine and fridge. Lasted for many years. Happen to hear that Electrolux is having their company warehouse sale soon. And since my washer already with me for about 15 years. I think is time for me to change my washer. I will inform my brothers and sisters about the Electrolux warehouse sale because they like this brand products very much too. I will continue support this brand .

Been using the ErgoSense Rice Cooker for family cooking and I am impressed by its various functionality, making fluffy delicious rice that the family loves!
Electrolux service is disgusting. I had to call them many times and each time I was on the phone waiting to be serviced over 30min. Finally got through aftervmany tries, booked appointment but no one turned up. Came next day but didn't take my "built in microwave" because it was built in the cupboard. Shouldn't the service staff come prepared if they sell such "built in" unit. Anyways I got my own contractor to come and do it and it took him 5min. Again went on the journey to get them done gey already detached built in microwave. It's 7 weeks and no sign of my unit. No one replies to the email. I URGE PEOPLE NOT TO BUY ELECTROLUX PRODUCTS. AFTER SERVICE IS GOOD AS NON. BOYCOTT THE BRAND. PS: my unit was is still under warranty. Speaks slot about a very expensive built in unit that gives up event before its standard warranty expires. TERRIBLE PRODUCT & EVEN TERRIBLE SERVICE.
12/06 Newly bought smoke exhauster just sent home, it is necessary to explode like a loud noise! Later I told that I had just sent it, and the fucking motor was bad. The kitchen hood was broken and sounds like exploding when it delivered to us on 6th Dec.

Their customer service made me call four times, and after I checked it down, I would give me a repair. After talking for a long time. Finally, I am willing to change a new one. Finally they ok to replace another one, after a lot of discussion.

I feel amazing that Electrolux come out nice design and gas saver burner,which my relatives just install last month.The flame are so even & fast which I just use to cook for mee in my relative house for supper .Fantastic product.

For the product (Fridge) - we bought nearly a year ago at Harvey Norman after comparing all brands. No advertisement, not even at display unlike all those Hitachi LG and Samsung. But in sum by far the best package - not those inconvenient ice cube trays we had before in LG but a real icemaker with easy accessible watertank (manual refill though-but we don't have waterpipe anyhow) . Big separable fresh compartment we use to separate veggies and fruits... Overall very good solid heavy quality with long warranty. They might not be experts in marketing but products and service are great!
Product was working fine until the non-detachable power adapter failed. Contacted Electrolux Service Center but had a disappointing reply - power adapter not covered by warranty, replacement cost is ridiculous, and I have wait 3 months for them to ship adapter from overseas!
Next, I put in a product review at their product website but was rejected by the web-admin due to reasons which were totally not present in my review. I asked for clarifications but no reply for 2 weeks. So apparently, all the reviews of Electrolux products at their website were filtered to show only those that they want public to see!

I am very happy with the vacuum that I purchased recently. It delivers what it promised. Highly reccomend ZB3324BP for the most convenient handheld stick vacuum.
Recently, I had called up this Electrolux service center to check about the price of the service part. I have been using their dryer for about 10 over years. And now, my venting hose broke . I rang and just a minute, they pick up the phone and reply straight away. And in very sweet and manner way. To answer my question which I like to know. I think the service they provide is quite good. And their products are good as well.

Best washing machine EVER!! EWW14113. It s quiet and so energy efficient. Handles effortlessly a whopping 11kg load of laundry. Clothes come out so clean and colours looks just as vibrant as day 1! Keep it up Electrolux.

We bought an Electrolux robot vacuum cleaner a few months ago from Harvey Norman (Millenia Walk) and we have been very happy with it. Delvin Yap from this store gave us exceptional service - he was very helpful and patient answering all our questions and even came to our home to help us with installation. We were very impressed with his service.
I hope the manager of Electrolux is seeing how bad the reviews are. Similar story. I bought a blender, glass broke. When I called, customer service said bring in the base we will replace it under warranty. I live on the East. I trekked to the West, only to find out (after bringing the remaining blender items) that the glass container is not replaceable. It s $40 and will take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. Why didn t customer service tell me this when I called? Why did I have to make it to the customer service desk itself for them to tell me a different story? The blender cost $75, $40 is the bulk of the cost. Electrolux - your customers, while you still have them, DEMAND you know your own products! So that we all don t have to waste time figuring out what is what.
OK! 6 WEEKS LATER. THE STORY. Electrolux has redeemed themselves a little. They called for the replacement, afte 6 weeks, and I said I wasn't going to go all the way West to pick it up and to mail it to me - I'll pay for it. They called back to say that they are sending it over free of charge. Much better. Thanks Electrolux!

But google didnt allow this review without choosing a star. worst customer service i have seen across the brands. bought a handheld vacumn, told them not feasible to bring down to the shop due to their office hour and im not driving. took 1 day and come back saying they can arrange a pickup at my place only with a sgd40 pickup fee. PS: last year i have also arrange repair for this vacumn machine several times, after using it for a while, sensor start having problem, so cant on / off as i like, i was told it's normal cus they have an "internal sensor" in the machine if its stuck it wont turn on, so i tried to clear the bin as frequently as possible, the outcome is the same. "they didnt bother to fix, and come back with reason like this - Bravo!" . now the machine is having a faulty loud noise at the roller whenever we use, and i wonder if i should just dispose it rather than wasting my time with this customer service over and over again. Honest opinion - dont get electrolux products unless you run out of options.

On last Wed 10-Jul, I had made a servicing appointment with Electrolux Service Center via email due to my washing machine softener unable to dispense out during wash. The appointment was scheduled on 15-Jul today from 2-6pm which was confirmed back by Electrolux Service Center staff Steve via email. At 4.30pm today I called to the service center to check on the whereabouts of the technician as I was getting anxious that the technician hasn t call me as he is supposed to call me 30 mins before arrival. I spoke to Steve via phone and he told me that he had overlooked this appointment and forgot to lock it in system and he will reschedule me another appointment instead since my washing machine is still functioning.I was totally appalled and shocked! I told him thats not the point. The point is I took one full day leave from work as per our agreed appointment and waited for nothing. As employees of a big corporation, we should always take pride in our work and do our best. This mistake is simply unacceptable.

My mother like to use electrlux washer because very useful so I buy electrolux items like fridges very good.
I had the same bad experience as other reviewers. I had been calling the help line for 3 days, even at the start of business hour 9am. Nobody picks up the call. If this is how you give aftercare service, you will lose your customers.

If I could I would have given NO stars. NONE. I bought a dryer less than a year ago. It as a 2 year warranty and another 10 year warranty on the motor. It has broken down twice. The first time the technician came (Friday) and fixed it. It lasted 5 days. The same error code came up. I called them again and the technician came again, after a wait of 4 days.
He said that the circuit board and some other parts were faulty. And that it might not be possible to fix as they may not have the required parts. And that someone would call me back. No one did.
I had to call every day for a different person to tell me that there were some processes that needed to be done. I have since called numerous times to be told that someone will call me back. I am still waiting.
I finally called again today to be told that one of the parts required was obsolete . And you guaranteed your machine for 2 years. You tell me the part is OBSOLETE?!!!
Where is your accountability? And to have a different person tell me something different everyday! And that the management will decide what to do!?!
This wasn t a $30 appliance that I bought. It was a dryer that cost more that $1000. You guaranteed your product for 2 years and then 10 years. And you tell you one of the parts is obsolete.

The worst customer service ever! Requested for general servicing of our built-in ovens (we have 3 units in our school). The technician came, turned on all 3 ovens at highest setting, waited for half an hour for it to heat up, then said "your ovens look fine leh. Nothing wrong". We had already informed the Hotline officer when making the appt that the though the ovens were working, there was inconsistent performance and some hot spots. Hello, we don't need to pay you $95 per oven just to turn it on (and waste our electricity) and just declare it is fine. When asked about any tools, probes or thermometers he could use to check the heating elements, he said he didnt bring it because it was taken by the other technicians!? How is it logical that the very thing needed to test an oven's heating element was not even brought in the first place? Stop ripping off your customers!

Electrolux Service has improved since the start of year 2018. Call in Hotline there are customer service officers answering calls.
Called on off for 2 mths. They never picked up. Finally drove down, only to be told they have no stock. Informed that they should pick up the phone, no point having a number there. They said they had technical issues ( must be a lousy technician if they can t solve it for months). Told them about their poor reviews, lady said they are looking into it and working on it. Not sure what to respond to this, best, don t get Electrolux products.
Irresponsible and not dependable company!
My kitchen is equipped with a 5-year old Electrolux EFC 926 BAR chimney hood. It malfunctioned in late December last year and we purchased an exact model to replace it. However, the hood has not been delivered even though it was purchased more than 2 months ago. Adding on to our dismay, Electrolux has no information on their production schedule, something which I find ridiculous. The standard usual reply "We have no information on the delivery" will always be given whenever I called to enquire on the status. This clearly shows the lack of initiative from Electrolux s staff. Till now, I do not even know if the product has been discontinued.
I also explored the possibility of other Electrolux hoods that can be installed in my kitchen with little or no modifications, but to no avail. I was informed that no there is no other Electrolux hood that matches the EFC 926 BAR specifications.
Electrolux offered no timeline nor solution to our problem. I am deeply disappointed and have lost all faith in their products. I will certainly not purchase or recommend purchasing any Electrolux products.

Customer support is unreachable. They are not responding to emails and the waiting time is crazy.
I bought Robot PUREi9 just 2 weeks ago at Harvey Norman Parkway Parade. However, I was not taught how to operate and went back to PWP a week later to ask questions. The staff then arranged for someone to drop by my place to teach me the know-how.
Today, a Mr Delvin Yap came as arranged at the appointed time and walk through the steps and instructions on how to operate the Robot. He help me to download the app onto my mobile and was very patient to answer all my questions. Thank you for having helpful staff going out all way (I understand today is his off day) and he even refused to accept my offer of his taxi fare coming to my place. Thank you again and also, the PUREi9 is indeed smart and easy to use after the help that was given to me.
Pain free experience sending in the vacuum cleaner for repair. Love the send back option, saves the trip over to pick it up. Thank you
My impression of electrolux was that it was a premium brand and that the products are of a superior quality. I was so wrong...slightly more than 1 year of usage of my washing machine and the closing hatch is spoilt and so is the electronics component. Repair costs is ard $400 as they said my warranty expires as the washer came along with my new home but by the time i moved in...already 1 year gone. What shocks me most is the level of customer service...atrocious. never have i been so determined to write an online review on this company. I really dont know what is wrong with them..whoever in-charge as CEO or director shld just step down. Must wait so long before someone answered n when the person answered...she said she only arrange service appt and cannot attend to my enquiries...so i must write in! She said she will sms me the email address to send in n yet that sms never came! I called again next day but this time round after waiting for 30 minutes...i finally heard a ringing tone...but the best part was the ringing tone rang for nearly an hour n nobody answered...till i gave up. This company is really going down the drain with its products and support level...really sad end to this brand.
I have literally been put on hold for 9 hours and 43 minutes yesterday.
Although it was record-high, and the company insists that they were having some techinal issues, which they should have notified the customers if it was true, this is quite routine.
You need to be extremely patient and relentless to get your call thru as their call center usually puts you on hold for an hour so without even telling you how much longer you would have to wait.
If you press 8 to leave your name and phone number for them to get back to you? Nope, it is not even working, you will be automatically disconnected the moment you hit that 8, don t try.
Worst call center experience ever in my entire life, and it convinces me that I should never buy this company s products.
