Hi!

I'hv been asking for your service staff to return my call regarding the servicing of my washing machine, and I have not heard back from anyone, despite promises to return calls.

Really disappointed with the tardy service and the quality of your products. Especially when the machine was only purchased barely a year and major repairs are required (motor and hose).

I would definitely not recommend this brand to anyone.
