Yesterday 1645...our fridge ete5720EE went dar-showing error-(still cooling though) machine went into default mode. called service - they picked up at once-friendly and professional - today 12:00 problem solved by technician who called in advance so we won't miss each other ..

For the product (Fridge) - we bought nearly a year ago at Harvey Norman after comparing all brands. No advertisement, not even at display unlike all those Hitachi LG and Samsung. But in sum by far the best package - not those inconvenient ice cube trays we had before in LG but a real icemaker with easy accessible watertank (manual refill though-but we don't have waterpipe anyhow) . Big separable fresh compartment we use to separate veggies and fruits... Overall very good solid heavy quality with long warranty. They might not be experts in marketing but products and service are great!
