Holiday Inn Silom Review

It was very good experience. Food, atmosphere, service everything was excellent.

Great hotel, great wifi, great breakfast menu, great room, but bad traffic after office hour (hey it's bangkok )

Because it is well located I could get to the train without problems and visit the big stores and walk to reach the domestic port where they took me for free to the Asian market. Or take a very pleasant 1 hour boat ride

well located - clean and more upscale than Holiday inns in the USA. We were here as part of a guided tour. Big buffet breakfast . On busy Silom street, we were able to walk straight down to the Patpong night market, many stores, nearby train station. The Lebua tower trendy sky bar is just a few minutes down the street. A very good experience.

I visit on a weekly basis. I had disagreement with the security in the car park the other day and spoke to security management, he was very polite and spoke perfect English and understood my frustrations and took a very logical approach to solving the issue moving forward. Hats off to that guy!

Comfortable rooms, great location and service. Very slightly dated furnishing but definitely a great business hotel.

The room is spacious, complete facilities, various equipment in the room or bathroom, if you forget to bring it, you can request more.

For a Holiday Inn I was impressed. Check out Craft for great beer downstairs.

I like the place more as there are more to do in the area for shopping, massage, dining, etc.

Very good hotel, the main entrance of the hotel is not very good looking.
Although it is not a tourist area, it is more convenient to travel. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the BTS, and a taxi to the Grand Palace is about 40 miles away. The front desk was also very friendly and the room was very clean.

Staff are courteous and professional. Also not far from the city centre and khao san road . Also room service is exceptional. Must try is the minced chicken with basil and rice. Also reasonale price

Fair price and good location to commute in downtown especially for shopping.

The room was clean and large. From the hotel you could walk to the free ferry to go to the new mall Icon Siam. Hotel offers buffet breakfast daily.

Convenient transportation, close to Divana V spa massage, sports facilities.

Come and train this hotel Buffet food is very good The only complaint, the bathroom in the lobby level, there is no shower hose.

Excellent location in the Silom District with the right to transport by tuk tuk from the hotel to the Metro station. Comfortable rooms with beautiful views of the Chao Phraya River that cuts through Bangkok. The hotel is next to a pier where you can take boats to various tourist spots. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool area and fitness very good. Excellent cost-benefit ratio!

Awesome hotel and experience overall. Rooms could be refreshed a bit with new modern touch. Staff amazingly nice. Buffet was delicious. Recommended is the evening buffet. Fabulous.

A big and beautiful hotel in Bangkok with excellent location ... a bit noisy but close to the surasak stop of the skytrain!

Great location, nice rooms, decent price, excellent customer service, however the cleaners are super noisy at night.

It's now 1,42 am and they are slamming doors in the hall waking everyone up. It's been going on for the last half hour. Their phones aren't on vibrate so they have ring tones playing out loud in the middle of the night.

I went to buffelt resturant on second floor, the place is quite confortable and very neat, price is not too high food is delicious.

Everything perfect, the room, the service and the luxury breakfast buffet. Even for my wife's birthday, who caught us in the hotel, they had the detail of looking for a nice dessert and some candles
