Beware of the service and sales gimmick! I called service center for the washer service. The customer service, Roszana told me service ($25) + motherboard ($100-an). When the technician came, he charged me $95 for the service charge. I called service center again, Roszana who told me $25 was not in the office. The technician informed us that if we buy new one, the service charge will be offset against purchase price. Again, fall to another trap, the model that we were keen indeed was discontinued when we called office. Only more expensive model are available. Stay away from Electrolux Service Center!

I have already sent email to customer care before your reply here on the second issue. My id here is my name. No need to hide identity. I was keen on the model 7.5 kg in the promotion but was told discontinued item. How can a discontinued item is still being advertised in half year promotion? Somemore, the technician was the one who propose me to buy that model. Unbelievable, I still can find the same model from retailers. Don t come and tell me the retailers carry old stock.
