Would give 0 stars if I could
TLDR:
- Bad / Robotic Customer Service
- Lack of Transparency on charges
- You will be charged for 2nd servicing, even if 1st servicing was unsuccessful & left by the technician.

We were fully aware that our Oven was still not completely working when the technician left (Electricity trips on certain settings)
We allowed him to leave, because he said he checked everything and it might be due to excess moisture. He assured us the oven will be under 3 months warranty. He left & following his advice we left the oven on for 1 to 2 hours.
Oven still didn't work after that (trips electricity). Rescheduled an appointment with Electrolux and they're asking us to pay another SGD 95???!
Unfair pricing - why should we pay to send the technician? Taxi around Singapore doesn't even cost that much.
Oh! To make matters worse - let's not forget their very robotic Customer Service. I mentioned in my email that $95 would not be needed to be paid as we just had it serviced. But their reply didn't even deny that! So if I didn't confirm it myself, i would just be shocked to pay another $95 when the technician arrives???
