Comfortable and clean room, right across the canal from Amsterdam central station. Friendly helpful staff

Better Late than Never. Just about this time last year, my wife and I rode to Amsterdam for just a one day trip as we were staying in Den Haag at the Hilton. Well, my wife unexpectedly became quite dizzy and ill as our train arrived at central station. She really needed to lay down and just rest, it was bit scary and I had no idea what or where to go or what to do. We stumbled our way in to The Victoria. The good folks there really hustled to get us a room for one night along with medical contact info with absolutely no prior notice from us and, they were very happy to help us out as busy as it was! That was a very kind, much appreciated and not soon forgotten event. Should we go back to Amsterdam to actually see something sometime we will surely stay with the good folks at the at the beautiful Victoria.

I stayed here for 1 night, the room was small and very modern in design. While the electric curtains and the smart lighting was appreciated the room was too small and bordering on claustrophobic. Not as good as I would expect from a similar price Hilton or Raddison. The location is fantastic, very close to the central train station. Also only a few minutes walk away from bars and restaurants.

Food was brilliant, and the service was sensational. Thier English was also superb

Great hotel! We reserved for 3 friends and a great room (limited to a suite) and a small + ice machine in the halls of the hotel to keep the alcohol cool

Good hotel ....walking distance from Amsterdam central. In the heart of Amsterdam.

Just visited the lobby bar. They served nice champagne. Otherwise the place looked as if it had had better days. Worn out here and there. But they are about to renovate and then hopefully things will look a bit better and classy. Otherwise they just waste the potential of a good location.

A very beautiful hotel in one of the best positions in Amsterdam!

Room service is marvellous.

Continual building noise outside, nothing can change that.
No extra bedding for cold nights.
Only a shower , no bath, (I've weak legs).
Food is smashing, but sparse.!
Bed is very large and comfy but bedding is very light and I was cold, in December.
The bedroom is sparse, with no trimmings, I think the rooms need charging points for iPads,phones, speakers and things that don't have plugs..
The wifi seems ok,, but then I'm on the 7th floor looking at the train station at the front.!
Ask for an upgrade of your room,,, you would be surprised what 15 's gets you.....
Have a great time whatever.!!!

A very nice hotel next to the central station so you are immediately in the city. The staff are very friendly. Due to the Corona restrictions, ordering food online is possible and that is very well arranged Compliments.

Beautifull place but full off construction sites when i visited.

Due to Corona, it's normal to transfer people from Art'otel (5 star) to this hotel, without telling them.

We had booked for 1 night but due to sudden hospitalization mother of friend we wanted to move this night
Hotel has no understanding and does not want to accommodate us to move the booked room to another day.
So no money lost, no human thoughtful hotel !!!

No vegan options at this hotel, had to go out every time I was hungry. They made the saddest salad for me... They didn't even try. Lettuce and cucumber. Very disappointing. Not a nice experience, definitely not coming back.

Park Plaza Victoria has to be the most conveniently located hotel in Amsterdam - right in the thick of it. I think I had one of the older rooms which had a fairly quirky design. Sounds like it is going through some modernisation. The corridors are a total maze as well.

Brilliant location, it is a short walk to central Amsterdam, service is excellent in the hotel.

Staff is great, hotel is interesting mix of old an new. Stayed in a room with a loft for the bed and part of an old windmill still in the rafters.

Clean and nice hotel but got a lot of noise early in the day and late at night.

Very nice hotel, ideally located, we had a very nice room, 315. 2 things bothered us, however, the dust in the room and the fact that I was refused access to the microwave to heat the dishes of my baby !! Moreover, almost all of the staff that we met were very nice.

Directly at the train station very centrally located. Nice hotel, all very friendly, helpful and polite. Can be renovated here and there but did not bother me. Have the night party a room upgrade. On the whole it was nice there.

This hotel came in like a saving grace after I missed my last train to Germany. The staff was as pleasant as can be, the hotel was clean and modern, and the rooms were nice. However the price was steep, which I understand, but on top of that they required a $80 deposit, which I also understand. But it has been 5 business days and the money has not been refunded. I checked in around 11pm, used the bed, and checked out at 10am the next day, so the room was left in regular conditions. I'm from overseas, still traveling, so this ended up an inconvenience that I was not expecting.

A superb hotel with very friendly, helpful staff at all levels making my wife and I feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, a staff member even helped me to acquire an item I had been searching for to no avail in the city shops. All done with a cheerful smile. Our room was clean and comfortable, dining room experience faultless too. The hotel location was good and convenient for access to most places of interest. We'd certainly stay again.

Good Hotel, great location. The rooms are a little dated, to be restored.

Pretty clean. Nice and clean every morning. Staff very friendly and goes out of their way to help. But, they are lacking knowledge of local eating places. Breakfast is great and complimentary. It's right across from central station and almost everything is within walking distance.

This hotel was so comfortable I would visit Amsterdam again just to stay here. I slept amazingly well and they pay attention to the details that make the difference in being good or great. They are well worth a visit.

Nice, well-kept and clean rooms. Only the slippers are missing and then there is really everything. Central location and close to the station and services.

Very clean and clean hotel opposite Amsterdam Central Station, the hotel staff was very accommodating and the breakfast is luxurious and rich, comfortable rooms including free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, rooms have fridge and kettle ... but the main thing is location location location and that's what matters. We enjoyed ourselves and will return here on our next visit.

Nice place to rest after a touristic route through the city, a good coffee heals everything. Exquisite and close service, it is appreciated.

The service is ok, the room spacious and the breakfast is very diverse. Located opposite the train station, this hotel is very well located.

Unfortunately, price performance does not match.
Spa, fitness and pool closed and no information about them on the website.

BED BUG HOTEL!
Will never stay here agian, the hotel is infested with bed bugs.

The staff is not inteessted to help or to compensate.
Also the construction worker starts at 07.00am evry morning.
