Product was working fine until the non-detachable ...

Product was working fine until the non-detachable power adapter failed. Contacted Electrolux Service Center but had a disappointing reply - power adapter not covered by warranty, replacement cost is ridiculous, and I have wait 3 months for them to ship adapter from overseas!
Next, I put in a product review at their product website but was rejected by the web-admin due to reasons which were totally not present in my review. I asked for clarifications but no reply for 2 weeks. So apparently, all the reviews of Electrolux products at their website were filtered to show only those that they want public to see!
If Electrolux is not even confident to let customers review their products freely then what else can I say about this brand?
