Absolute total lack of accuracy or customer service. Botach shipped a totally different item from what I ordered and they will not respond to my requests for making things right. AVOID Botach at all costs!!!

Wow where to begin. Do not order from this company. I was a botach customer since the early 2000s. I always heard friends and coworkers talk about the poor customer service, and defended them saying botach treated me right. Well... Until they make an error, blame you, and refuse to make it right. Horrendous customer service, they refuse to refund your money but instead say "oh we credited your account for future orders". Free loan to BarKochba! Very dishonest. Avoid like the plague, deal with a reputable company who stands behind their products like brownells.

To be candid about the situation, I am disappointed with my order from Botach. I made an order on 1/07/19. The next day I got a tracking number that wont tell me the progress of my order. It has been 8 days and I haven t received my merchandise or any statement of when I will. I get bombarded with emails from Botach every day trying to sell me something when I can,t get an answer on what I already paid for.

Placed an order April 20th and it is now May 20th and item has not shipped yet however it specifically says on the confirmation email that product would be shipped 2-6 business days. I have called, left messages and emailed multiple times. The only response that I get is that they are backed up from having a small crew but my order is being processed. That response was over 3 weeks ago and still no tracking number or anything. This will be the last time I order from this company.

This company wants me to review their service on something I didn't received. They cancelled my order without a reason, nor have they responded to my email. I'm finding that the service is by far the worst I've every experienced.

I have for years been a repeat online customer at Botach because of their competitive pricing and fast shippong on quality products. I recently purchased a set of Ameriglo Hackathorn sights from them. As always I was very happy with both my shopping experience and product purchased.

I should have looked at reviews before but I purchased an item and has not shipped even though it says it has. No communication. No one answered phone. I'm not waiting on you guys to finally answer and return my money I will get it on my own. Terrible company.

Slow to ship, fast to charge your card. Sometimes weeks to ship. Still waiting on an order from early August. No reply to email, online chat, or phone.

The absolute worse customer service on the planet! If they mess up your order, which they did with mine by sending me an item I didn t order (woman s sports bra) and not sending 3 items I did order AR magazine and 2 AR flip up back up sights), you will never see resolution in getting it corrected and they will walk away with your money! No matter how many emails, voicemail messages and forms they have you submit to them you will be ignored. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK of losing your money.

Horrible online experience. Ordered an item that said "in stock" - the next day they marked my order "backorder", they produced a shipping label but never shipped. Despite their policy - they immediately billed me for the backordered item. They responded to my email complaint by claiming they didn't bill me (but it's right there on my CC bill!). They don't answer their phones in my experience. I waited 30 days and had to file a complaint to my Visa card to get my money back. AVOID!

I have placed several orders with Botach and have received first class service.

The products I ordered were as advertised and the shipping was fast. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is that the packing slip was not enclosed in the package it was stuck to the outside of the package opposite of the shipping label. I would appreciate it if the whole postal service didn't know that I was ordering gun parts. All other companies that I have purchased thru are much more discrete. But thank you for the quick service.

Placed a 439 dollar order and recieved a used opened package item with snaples in it and missing pieces . $439 dollars down the drain ! Dont buy from this company! Save your money . I have called and emailed and left voicemails with no return call

Ordered 2 pairs of footwear that were in stock on August 22 and Botach charged and have taken payment.. Received a deceitful email August 25 from Botach stating the items were shipped. I checked tracking # and Botach had only printed a tracking label. States shipment ready for UPS. A coworker orders similar products on September 5th and has received his order with in a week. I have called and emailed numerous times and the only reply I receive from uncustomer no service is that they will check into my order and covid blah blah. Its now over a month later and my tracking status hasn't changed yet they still got paid. Haven't been able to speak to a live person and the emails I do receive are generic responses. If I was you, I would not use this company until Covid is over since they are using that as an excuse to take your money and not ship the product you paid for. Shady company and will be reporting to the BBB next. Great job in treating your first responders and medical workers.

Good pricing, generally nice staff, but piss poor customer service. Wait 3 weeks on an order with zero communication after leaving several voicemails, finally get through to Cody to let her know we went with someone else and she said "I'll cancel your order" and hung up (order still wasn't ready btw). Use them only if you aren't in a hurry or aren't concerned about good CS. Bummer, they lost a good customer!

While our order was delayed due to COVID First Responder needs for masks - there was adequate email communication with the sales team. Once Botach determined they may not be able to fulfill my order, the reached out with suggestions for replacement and discount for our inconvenience.

Gedaliah was very informative and helpful in choosing our replacement and getting the details handled. I'm confident our new masks will arrive in short order.

Recommendation for the marketing team - do not send an email claiming a product that isn't available is available, especially one customers are currently waiting on.

I have to give it to Botach, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
I ordered level IV ballistic plates from them, they falsely advertised a lead time which they couldn't meet. I am reasonable, so I contacted them to figure out whats going on. I was either ignored or giving copy+paste "screw off" responses.
After **90 DAYS** they canceled my order, sent me another copy+paste email to reorder it if I want it. So now I need to go to the back of the queue? Not worth it, sure your plates are 1lb lighter than comparable products, but the experience was 100lbs heavier.

Ordered an Uplula mag loader from Botach. There was a little confusion of the color I ordered and the email I received that my order had shipped, when it actually had not. I sent an email to Botach, and Joselin responded in a very timely fashion and clarified everything. I received my order again, in a timely fashion. Joselin was very professional and communicated with me at all times. Hats off to Botach and their staff.

Horrible customer service. Waiting two weeks for in stock items. They do not respond to emails. Ask to cancel order....no response. Worst online experience of any online gun and tactical store. Plenty of better options out there. Don't waste time and money with horrible service.

I've been a Botach customer a VERY long time, I think since they first opened. Everything Botach has delivered has been 1st rate. Prices are often the best on the web, shipping used to be (past tense) free, and there wasn't any out-of-state sales tax (again, past tense). I guess business requirements forced them into charging both shipping and out-of-state sales tax now.

Sometimes their automated shipping rates are way too high, especially for small items. That has prevented me from buying items a number of times. Who wants to pay $9.99 shipping (or more) for a few dollar small item?

However, the reason I didn't rate 5 stars is for the many times I've ordered and paid for items which never shipped; there have been too many. I always eventually get a refund - but it seems they advertise products which are not in stock. This is frustrating, and sometimes I lose the chance to buy the item elsewhere on sale.

I remain a customer (in fact, just ordered recently) - but Botach could do better with more realistic low shipping charges on small items and not advertising/selling products which they don't have or can't get.

Be up front about what is in stock... not complex it s 2020 there are pos and inventory systems that accommodate this simple, elementary school task. Second Ship items within a day or two from purchase, not that complicated for most all of your direct competitors to accomplish. Third. Personally answer email correspondence I lieu of copy and paste generic responses. $1300 order 18 days with no shipment or notice of back ordered items ( label created )
I canceled and waited a week to get refund.
Advise never even considering this company for gear and equipment. Primary Arms... the way to go. Primary arms online store reflects actual inventory, ships in a day or two.

Order is taking a long time to ship but this is due to COVID-19 issues. Customer service was responsive and helpful.

Terrible customer service ordered a 2k item that was in stock ,paid $22 for shipping a small scope and over a a month later no scope with a tracking number that says item not shipped yet. Contacted CS with a week long email reply we are trying as fast as we can to ship your item . Have another order paid over 2 months ago waiting for fulfillment still. Buyers beware. It s a lot of money I paid out with nothing,worse you can t even talk to anyone but this weekend they are having a outdoor sale. Give me a break. I just want a refund.

I have been trying to locate and purchase a Glock hand gun with not much luck. And then Iran across a company named Botach, was that a stroke of luck!! They had the product in stock and the sales person, named Gedaliah, I hope I've got that correct, couldn't have been more helpful than could be. He had all my answers and was so very, very helpful. This company has a great group of employees. They should be very proud of them. also a note of appreciation to Cody, from the firearms dept. which was very pleasant and helpful. I wish I would have found this company 2 weeks ago.

Botach does not offer shipping insurance and usps misdelivered. After denying emails and requests for help, they finally were responding after a complaint on bbb. They asked for an official letter from USPS and after confirming it was misdelivered, they still denied any help.

So they know I didn't receive the item, they can claim a loss, but force me to take the loss.

Only the shipper can make the claim because there is no shipping insurance, so I lost $213.58 and got nothing.

Do not order if you expect to get your item, help or money back.

Fast shipping part I ordered was just what I needed.

Order two extra mags for a sig and got them brand new for a hell of deal I must say with quick delivery. Customer service was excellent seeing I screwed up my order on placing it. I left my information and they called me back what else can I say will order from again.

Nothing but a fraud! Placed an order on sale. Got an email that the order was canceled due to an error. Promised a coupon code as a one time courtesy, raised the price and now the coupon code is invalid. Shoppers beware!!! Very disappointed.

Placed order on 6th. Inquired on 8th why it wasn't shipped and no response. Saw it listed on 10th as "shipped" on the order status page. Called on 8th and 13th. Got voicemail. Decided to be creative and pressed #5 for Government entities and what do you know a human answered. He said order DID NOT SHIP. Plates were not in stock despite being listed as such on website. Said he would look into it should go out yesterday. Still no tracking #? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I could have gotten level iv plates elsewhere and only ordered from you because of Mrgunsandgear test on YouTube. NOW ITS 10 DAYS LATER AND ALL I HAVE BEEN IS IGNORED.

Ordered something and paid to get it here by a certain date and guess what, a day late and a dollar short, emailed customer service and they said not our problem we shipped it out and that the extra money was for them to get it shipped out in the 2-5 business days. not going to go round and round with them so they get one star.

I've dealt with Botach over the years and have had so-so experiences with them. I can deal with a lot because their prices are typically the best.
Unfortunately this most recent transaction will be my final. I ordered a product and was shipped the wrong item. I cannot fund the RMA form on their website and no one picks up the phone, responds toe-mail, or attempts the "chat" function. I guess I'm just going to have to dispute through my CC company.

Update: I had to cancel an order that was not invoiced properly. Despite many attempts to solve the problem (correct application of a discount code) with no response at all, I asked for a refund. That got a quick response. I really wish these guys would get their collective act together and focus on customer service, quick shipping, and accurate invoicing.

Botach has done a good job fulfilling my orders overall. I have noticed that there are some inconsistencies in fulfilling orders but when I had a problem, Botach did make it right. There was no communication regarding the issue leaving me to think that they were ignoring me. This is a big operation. They are NOT good at communication, but DO seem to be honorable business people as a whole. As a company, Botach does not seem as well staffed as needed and workers seem to want to help, but are faced with an overwhelming amount of work. The rating is based on their ability to, ultimately, fulfill orders and the prices that they offer.

Its been over a month since I placed my order with Botach for a Eotech EXPS3 and G33 magnifier when i placed my order there was 20 in there inventory. I sent 1 email regarding my order and they responded 3 weeks later talking about cancelations of magazines that has nothing to do with my current order . i have sent numerous emails and called since then trying to figure out whats going on and no response. I will never order from this company again and beware of no response if you have an issue. I feel as i have been robbed by this company. Is anybody else experiencing this? i ordered a noveske bcg off the website. Immediately after ordering, i realized i ordered the wrong bcg. I emailed them asking if my order could be canceled so it wouldnt get shipped out. After receiving an email back, I was told my order was still going to be processed and sent to me, and they wouldnt cancel it. If i want to cancel, i'd have to ship the part back myself. This is very disappointing since the part has yet to be shipped and could easily be canceled and refunded to save any unnecessary shipping and time. i wouldnt recommend this kind of customer service to anyone and as a business owner myself, cant imagine any of my own employees telling a customer that even though their order hasnt been shipped, they cant cancel it and have to send it back when they recieve the unwanted product. be aware of the bad service when ordering from botach.

As of today I am waiting on an order of in stock items from Aug 1. I was charged immediately and received an email from the company with order # etc. when using the company s website to check status, it showed ready from 3 Aug until 12 Aug when I used the chat tool to ask for an update. Within a couple of hours I received an email changing my order s status to shipped . Great! I thought. 9 days later and the tracking # provided still shows shipment ready for UPS . I get that COVID is a thing and most companies are running behind. That doesn t make it acceptable to sit on, or misrepresent the availability of, products. Accepting payment and not providing honest communication or the items paid for is poor business at best. I wanted to like this company, but I ve soured on them to the point I don t think I ll ever be able to do business through them again (if the current business even gets finished). Update - on 22aug all items were delivered. Contacted botach same day that I made this original review. There was no return contact, package just showed up. Everything was as described and in good condition.

Don t bother ordering it online. No body care about your order.

Today, They sent me back an e-mail and they said my item is SOLD OUT. A week ago, They said "Item is back in stock. So NO MORE DELAYS" But now they said the item is out of stock. They didn't even say "Sorry"
FYI they can cancel the order in an hour. I wished this quick process was for fulfilled my order.

Ordered an item on Jun 5th. I still don't have my item even it's been a month. They sent me an e-mail about my item is back in stock but they need my credit card information because their system erases the info after 30 days. I immediately sent back an e-mail with my card info BUT they never update my order status. Because of COVID-19? Sounds really good excuse. Just STOP taking orders from regular customers if you can't take care of them. Focus only first responders.

Ordered some in stock magazines, four days later I received an email claiming they shipped my order. After two weeks I contact FedEx and they tell me a label was printed but they were never given a package to deliver. I called Botach repeatedly, no answer. Email, no answer. Contact form, no answer. Next step, I'm going to have to contest the charge with my credit card company.

Ordered Items from them and they sent the wrong ones. I got a RMA# and returned the items at MY EXPENSE. I have never received the items and they will not return calls, emails, messages, or chat messages from thier website. I still do not have my items or my money.

Paid $79.99+shipping for an item. Botach shipped it the cheapest way possible. FedEx delivered it after close to my office. I don't have an overnight drop box. Instead of attempting redelivery the next day during normal hours, they left it, to be stolen.

Botach shipped it via FedEx SmartPost. The terms of Fedex SmartPost say that only the seller/shipper can file a lost or damaged claim. I pleaded Botach customer service to help me and file the claim, but regardless of the facts they say the tracking says "delivered" so they won't help.

I have politely tried to work with Botach to resolve this issue for two months. They have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. One look at the tracking shows that the delivery time was late in the evening not during normal business hours.
