Great knowledgeable staff and Friendly One Stop Shop!

This place is pretty awesome. Some of their deals cannot be beat and you just cannot really get these items anywhere else. i just seem to always find myself ordering from them. So, with their awesomeness does come that since the Corona began, they have slowed down a bit, where prior, i would receive my items within the first 3 or 4 days after my order. With that being said, when i ran into a delay, i spoke with Gedaliah Nekta who was extremely helpful and got me all squared away. Gedaliah Nekta , whats up, bud!? I order three items from botach three months ago. Two items shipped but one was the wrong item and the thrid has not shipped. I have paid for all items. I have tried many times to contact them. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB with hopes of getting my order refunded and canceled.

All the negative reviews are valid. Selling items that aren t in stock, attacks on customers who complain, b. s. order delay excuses, straight up stealing people s money. Let s keep posting their terrible business practices until they clean up their act or go under.

I purchased some ballistic plates online. After a month waiting for them to ship I sent an email asking for a status update. No answer. I let a week pass and sent another email. No answer. Let another week pass and sent another email stating that it s the third time I asked for an update. This is the response I get from their customer service rep. Please don't say your third inquiry when all 3 emails were sent within 10 minutes of each other. We are behind a bit due to COVID-19 as we are short staffed to keep social distancing.

All I wanted was for someone to let me know whats going on with the order. Instead of that I get a rude response from them. Even if someone did send 3 emails in 10 mins the above reply from a customer service department is unacceptable. ill be doing my shopping on sportsmans guide or LA Police gear from now on.

I have never had any problems with orders from Botach. Delivery has always been fast and items as ordered.

Decent experience first order thru botach, but I ordered an OSS silencer in December. They took 2 months to deliver it to my local dealer, and did not give me notification it was delivered for about a month. Went to the dealer to get the paper work done (in march) and it was the wrong silencer. I emailed them multiple times (Customer service and individual employees), and called them multiple times and left voicemails, but they were unresponsive with any of those. They would reply to the first email, but never again. I ended up doing a charge back with my credit card company, and now in June it finally got approved.

Just little over a 6 month ordeal (almost as long as the ATF approval process), to be back at square one. Found a OSS at a local dealer for a similar price, and purchased.

Placed an order through their website 2/18, got a shipping notification next day. Checked tracking 3 days later and it shows no updates. I waited a couple more days then sent them a message via their chat on their website asking for any kind of update. I've sent a second request today (2/27) and have still not heard anything from them.

Theres still no information in tracking, no change in order status, no communication from customer service. Reading the reviews it looks like this company is afraid to contact their customers when an issue arises.

PayPal won't let you pay for magazines holding more than ten rounds; attempting to do so pushed my order to pending and NOBODY CALLED OR EMAILED FOR TWO WEEKS until I called FOUR TIMES in a day and finally spoke to a person. They only get three stars because the prices are so good.

Do not buy ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! ESPECIALLY IF IT REQUIRES SENDING A ITEM TO FFL! They will take your money and leave you waiting and waiting! If you call they are clueless!

I been trying to order from them for awhile now but can never get them to respond to email or answer the phone. Read the reviews and dont second guess yourself. Take your money elsewhere

I've always had a positive experience when buying from Botach. They typically have a huge selection of items at great prices, and shipping is reasonable. Their sales are frequent and often very good. They are regularly the first place I'll look when I need firearms accessories.

Products are of varying quality shipping also changes they have a 15 day return policy but customer support gets back to you after 20 days bought a couple shirts and shoes none of them fit the knife I got from them looked nice but it's rusting really early for some reason bought plates from them the 4a idk their quality $50 backpack that's too small for me that I can't even return

Found just what i needed. I do wish the shipping updates were more accurate.

Item was better than described however minus a star for shipping sssssssssssssoooooooooo slow.

Has been 10 days and still has NOT shipped. Shipping label created for 1 item other item still awaiting processing.
