Ordered 2 pairs of footwear that were in stock on August 22 and Botach charged and have taken payment.. Received a deceitful email August 25 from Botach stating the items were shipped. I checked tracking # and Botach had only printed a tracking label. States shipment ready for UPS. A coworker orders similar products on September 5th and has received his order with in a week. I have called and emailed numerous times and the only reply I receive from uncustomer no service is that they will check into my order and covid blah blah. Its now over a month later and my tracking status hasn't changed yet they still got paid. Haven't been able to speak to a live person and the emails I do receive are generic responses. If I was you, I would not use this company until Covid is over since they are using that as an excuse to take your money and not ship the product you paid for. Shady company and will be reporting to the BBB next. Great job in treating your first responders and medical workers.
