Today, They sent me back an e-mail and they said my item is SOLD OUT. A week ago, They said "Item is back in stock. So NO MORE DELAYS" But now they said the item is out of stock. They didn't even say "Sorry"
FYI they can cancel the order in an hour. I wished this quick process was for fulfilled my order.

Ordered an item on Jun 5th. I still don't have my item even it's been a month. They sent me an e-mail about my item is back in stock but they need my credit card information because their system erases the info after 30 days. I immediately sent back an e-mail with my card info BUT they never update my order status. Because of COVID-19? Sounds really good excuse. Just STOP taking orders from regular customers if you can't take care of them. Focus only first responders.
