Terrible customer service ordered a 2k item that was in stock ,paid $22 for shipping a small scope and over a a month later no scope with a tracking number that says item not shipped yet. Contacted CS with a week long email reply we are trying as fast as we can to ship your item . Have another order paid over 2 months ago waiting for fulfillment still. Buyers beware. It s a lot of money I paid out with nothing,worse you can t even talk to anyone but this weekend they are having a outdoor sale. Give me a break. I just want a refund.
