As of today I am waiting on an order of in stock items from Aug 1. I was charged immediately and received an email from the company with order # etc. when using the company s website to check status, it showed ready from 3 Aug until 12 Aug when I used the chat tool to ask for an update. Within a couple of hours I received an email changing my order s status to shipped . Great! I thought. 9 days later and the tracking # provided still shows shipment ready for UPS . I get that COVID is a thing and most companies are running behind. That doesn t make it acceptable to sit on, or misrepresent the availability of, products. Accepting payment and not providing honest communication or the items paid for is poor business at best. I wanted to like this company, but I ve soured on them to the point I don t think I ll ever be able to do business through them again (if the current business even gets finished). Update - on 22aug all items were delivered. Contacted botach same day that I made this original review. There was no return contact, package just showed up. Everything was as described and in good condition.
