i ordered a noveske bcg off the website. Immediately after ordering, i realized i ordered the wrong bcg. I emailed them asking if my order could be canceled so it wouldnt get shipped out. After receiving an email back, I was told my order was still going to be processed and sent to me, and they wouldnt cancel it. If i want to cancel, i'd have to ship the part back myself. This is very disappointing since the part has yet to be shipped and could easily be canceled and refunded to save any unnecessary shipping and time. i wouldnt recommend this kind of customer service to anyone and as a business owner myself, cant imagine any of my own employees telling a customer that even though their order hasnt been shipped, they cant cancel it and have to send it back when they recieve the unwanted product. be aware of the bad service when ordering from botach.
