Update: I had to cancel an order that was not invoiced properly. Despite many attempts to solve the problem (correct application of a discount code) with no response at all, I asked for a refund. That got a quick response. I really wish these guys would get their collective act together and focus on customer service, quick shipping, and accurate invoicing.

Botach has done a good job fulfilling my orders overall. I have noticed that there are some inconsistencies in fulfilling orders but when I had a problem, Botach did make it right. There was no communication regarding the issue leaving me to think that they were ignoring me. This is a big operation. They are NOT good at communication, but DO seem to be honorable business people as a whole. As a company, Botach does not seem as well staffed as needed and workers seem to want to help, but are faced with an overwhelming amount of work. The rating is based on their ability to, ultimately, fulfill orders and the prices that they offer.
