Wow, just called SSC to find out when their trucks will be at my neighborhood due to the weather. The person who answered said just leave everything out and we will get there when we can. Then I asked her if their trucks have been out this week for service? Since I wanted to estimate in my head how far behind they are. She started repeating the same answer: "just leave everything out and we will get there when we can." like I was talking to a computer! That was not good customer service. As a service company, SSC should have taken initiation to communicate with their customers via email/text about their plan of action under this weather circumstance, and put a short message on their phone line. This is an efficient way to handle the service expectation as well as alleviating the number of calls from customers and their employees handling calls in such frustration.
