I've been a Botach customer a VERY long time, I think since they first opened. Everything Botach has delivered has been 1st rate. Prices are often the best on the web, shipping used to be (past tense) free, and there wasn't any out-of-state sales tax (again, past tense). I guess business requirements forced them into charging both shipping and out-of-state sales tax now.

Sometimes their automated shipping rates are way too high, especially for small items. That has prevented me from buying items a number of times. Who wants to pay $9.99 shipping (or more) for a few dollar small item?

However, the reason I didn't rate 5 stars is for the many times I've ordered and paid for items which never shipped; there have been too many. I always eventually get a refund - but it seems they advertise products which are not in stock. This is frustrating, and sometimes I lose the chance to buy the item elsewhere on sale.

I remain a customer (in fact, just ordered recently) - but Botach could do better with more realistic low shipping charges on small items and not advertising/selling products which they don't have or can't get.
