Shipped me a defective, previously opened item. Asked for an exchange, got a partial refund instead. Won't return my phone calls now.

Horrible supplier, DONT EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have yet to receive my tactical shield I needed to start a job and because of their customer service and lack of communication I have lost that job. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They do not answer their phone. They do not reply via email hardly and try their best to not help you. They will not send your item. They will incorrectly fulfill an order and not try and send you the correct item back to you. I will be contacting BBB, and anyone else who has trouble with this company should report them.

Horrible people, dont give them your money if you have any morals.

Great products. Never had a reason to send stuff back. The only issue I have had, was the lack of available sizes on products. I cant blame Botach because the prices are good and I wear a common size. I have recommended this site to numerous friends and co-workers.

I emailed and called this place for weeks to try and resolve an issue with an order during their business hours. Your lousy customer service lost you my business for life.

I use to be a loyal shopper for all my LE gear and that was when orders were TAX Free and when I ordered with Barak. But the new receptionist phone sales people are rude they don t care about us customers and recently I was on a deployment and I asked my wife to place an order and the lady sales representative at the Las Vegas location behind The New Orleans Casino told my wife that she was a new employee at botach and did not allow her to place an order on a simple flash light. Making botach as a company loose over $100.00 dollars. I will not be spending thousands or dollars a year any longer here and plus they don t have a store front anymore so your forced to pay for shipping and having to wait. I will be going back as a loyal customer to DNA Tactical and Calvada Police Equipment Or American shooters. I encourage all my fellow First Responders To as well. doesn t care about customers do to them selling on EBay and online.

They never answer their phone, return calls or return emails. It is like they take pride in having the worst customer service a company can have. I have no idea how they are still in business

2 weeks after my order and all I can say as far as a review is that my parts are lighter than air and invisible.

Nothing but false tracking numbers and lies. Never shipped my items. The customer service is awful. Kept giving me the run around. Sad that they refused to help law enforcement even after they received payment. Asked to speak with supervision and they're never around.

Been a customer for years. No complaints. Fair prices, great products and often they stock items when others are out of stock.

Ordered my plates 4/16, still hasn't even been processed when I was told they would ship by 4/30. It's now 5/6. Emailed customer service but was met with a blanket excuse of being busy from covid 19.

I've had good purchases experiences with Botach. My latest purchase was completed today. A couple questions came up and customer service was always ahead of me, and very flexible and customer oriented. A very good company.. great product selections and pricing.. great service!

Haven t received it yet. Item ordered on January 18th and label printed out on January 21. Today is January 24 and item is still in pre-shipment.

Fast shipping, oem part. Packaged well too. Will order again.

Update: After calling multiple times and sending multiple emails, the only response I've gotten was to update me that my order has been cancelled.

Order with caution, if there's a problem with your order, regardless of whether that problem was not your fault, Botach customer service is basically non-existent, you'll just end up leaving voicemails and sending emails just to be ghosted by Botach.

My wife ordered my birthday present on April 8 and it is now May 27. Nothing was on backorder or not in stock at the time. So there should have been no issues. In the order comment's she even stated that it was going to be a birthday present. After a month she sent a email asking what the issue was. She was told there was no set date. We have sent more emails and left many messages with no response. I have bought from them in the past with no issues so I was giving them the benefit, but now this has become ridiculous.

If I could give a lower rating I would. This place is garbage. Ive had issues in the past with an order and I decided to give them anther chance. They sent me a used item and it wasn't even what I ordered. Customer service never responds. Dont waste your money.

Price was right. Ordered Oct 30th. As of Nov 6th it still hasn t shipped. WTH

I hear alot of bad rap about botach. I ordered from them once a few years ago. It arrived pretty quick. This time around i was very skeptical. They have great prices even though they charge for shipping and tax. I decided to give them a shot again. So i ordered 2 level III plates and one emergency armor package(6/10). After a week, nothing happened. I started regret my decision. Ive heard stories of people getting their orders months later. On 6/18, i received notification that the order was shipped. On the UPS tracking page it just said "label created". And its stays that way for 5 days. Today (6/23) it shows that its arriving tomorrow and its sitting in close to where i live. All things considered im very happy with their handling of my order. It hasn't arrived yet so im not even sure if they sent me the correct items. But as of right now, im content. I will update once my package arrives.

Update: it arrived today and i received everything. Very happy. With everything thats going, delays in shipping and what not, to get it in two weeks, thats pretty good.

I ordered battle steel ballistic armor back in June and due to Covid everything is on back order which is fine. Just the other day they said good news your will ship soon as soon as you pay for it again. I was charged for the item the first time , it s on my bank statement. So if you re paying twice for an item and they say they don t have any records of you paying the first time.. not much you can do but get ripped off

Horrible. Items missing and wrong. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a reply but no one has got in touch. I have called left a message, "instant" chat and emailed. No reply on either.

I've had the same problem as most customers here , I ordered plates in May 14th that were in stock on the website and the day came for the order to be shipped it said still processing by june 2nd i contacted customer service via email and phone all which were generic responses and never really touched on my concerns. I have emails to verify all this information. But basically this company is practicing shady business tactics do not order from them. I've yet to receive my refund or my plates.

I've waited 3 weeks and keep waiting for my order to be shipped. I'm beginning to think Botach website is a scam. I've emailed them 3 times and have called 4 times without receiving any sort of communication back.
UPDATE: They wouldn't respond to my emails until I threatened to contact BBB. After 3 months of being promised my order would be fulfilled, I finally cancelled my order.

Awesome discount prices on high end tactical products that are notoriously expensive and usually overpriced. Very good company, with good customer support.

Occasionally discrepancies occur on frequent large orders, Botach customer service takes the time to resolve them. I enjoy doing Business with them.

Sadly this company suffers from poor customer service. I'd be happy to give a review on the product I ordered but I was sent the wrong item. It's not like I didnt give them a chance to send me the correct item. I called and informed them the confirmation email they sent had the wrong product on it. They claimed they changed my order even going as far as to have me confirm the new order while I was still on the phone with them. When the item arrived and was incorrect I contacted them explaining that it was wrong and that I had paid expedited shipping because I needed it that day. The nice young woman on the phone instructed me to send pictures to customer service and have a blessed day. The customer service response was a form letter saying I may return the item and to be sure I explain why. 0% accountability on their part. So I returned the item and wrote them an email about how they needed to work on their customer service which never got a response. So now they send me this email asking for a review so here you go.

Fast shipping, only complaint is they shipped me a wrong item that I didn't order. Still waiting to hear back from them to get it exchanged. They also don't really respond to emails.

I've been ordering from Botach Tactical online for many years now and now that I live close to their warehouse I Las Vegas I finally decided to go there to pick up some stuff. The employees were super nice and very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to help me decide on what products would work best for me and my needs. And even took the time to help me put together and mount my hearing protection on the Arc rails of my new helmet. I will definitely be back again and again as long as I live nearby. I see a lot of bad reviews online about this company the only the only negative thing I will say about them is that their inventory is not always correct so you may order something that says it is in stock but it isn t. I see a lot of people giving them negative reviews saying that their customer service sucks, well I can tell you from multiple experiences that it doesn t suck. Do not be afraid to order from them they will take care of you and all you have to do is give them a call during their business hours and they always answer the phone.

Negative stars would be more appropriate.
4 months of emails, partial shipment of my order (no complete items, just pieces), products still in stock but they will not ship the rest to fulfill my order. Terrible response times, terrible customer service (actually the worst), terrible company to deal with.

I ordered a pair of boot on 6/1/18 and here In sit on 6/15/18 without receiving my order and yes I was informed it was not yet processed.I will never use Botach again.I only wish there whee negative stars to give . Pricing is good but customer service is nonexistent. If customer service is important to you, I highly recommend shopping somewhere else. I am still waiting on a jacket I ordered over six years ago.

Take your money anywhere else! After I had placed my order I received an email informing me that it was ready. I happened to be in the area Which is an incredible Stroke of luck considering otherwise I would have had no idea that I was dealing with crooks. Not only was my order not ready not in stock but it wouldn't be for months to come When I complained the little girl they sent to deal with me informed me that it was a family ran business which apparently gives them some sort of Immunity for basic business practice's or even common decency. I am not sure about the relation but I noticed after I canceled my order and had given them all of my information the number of telemarketer calls on my phone has gone up drastically.

Top tier company. I always go to them first for magazines.

If you purchase something online, good luck with them shipping it. They don't ship for several weeks.

Their reviews seem a bit controversial, but I've placed two orders through them so far without any snags. So far so good for me.

I love dealing with Botach their prices are great and they have fast shipping. I have never had an issue with any of my orders.

Placed order , had the shipping expedited, receive on time. I bought the ar15 reaction bar. Nice product . Locks into the barrel very solid. No play . I ll definitely buy the ar10 bar. Save a little money and buy both at the same time.

I've been a customer of Botach since they were based in Los Angeles, and after having not used them for a number of years (due to a lack of need on my part), I've found myself ordering different things from them again two years ago. I now have shipments arriving several times a month, often things that I buy spontaneously as a result of getting special offers through email. Many of the offers have been for otherwise difficult to find and/or overpriced items like PPE (gloves and masks) or sanitizers, and I've purchases those both for myself as well as friends who couldn't find them locally or online.

The product prices are generally excellent and while shipping isn't free, it is quick and fair. I've only had one item that needed to be returned (due to an inaccurate product description), and that was processed quickly and without hassle.

Placed an order March 30. A few days later I received an email saying one item in my purchase was out of stock. Two weeks later, still no (partial) shipment. Nobody answers the phone or calls back, so I email asking for info. "We're working on it". April 23 I email asking for my order to be cancelled. Did they cancel? No. April 30 they charged my credit card. And apparently for things that aren't in stock. May 9th and still nothing. No response, refund, items..... nothing.

Just received my 40cal PX4 Storm G-model and it is better than I was expecting. Obviously the barrel had wear marks from the slide being cycled, but as a display model I was expecting that. What I didn't know was it had factory Trijicon sights and came with 3, 14rd mags and both back straps , as well as the branded lock, manual, case, and Factory certification letter. The only thing that would make me happier is if they had it in 9mm as well.

I bought something that they said that was in stock. 2 weeks later they told me that it wasn't and send me the other part without answer me if I'd like to cancel the whole order. They need improve their online sales process.

Botach has a lot of items than are must-haves. Just wish I had the funds to get everything I want.

I've bought 3 pair of the same pants before in different colors, thought the price on these was too good to be true, and I was right - the right phone pocket, which on the other pants easily accepted a phone with a cover on it, is now too tight to accommodate a phone. I'm not sending the pants back for an exchange just to run the risk of something else being wrong; I suspect BoTach got hold of a bunch of factory seconds and passed on the savings.

Keep your eyes out for sales, they run some insane sales, I keep finding awesome gear at crazy prices.

Quick to ship but horrible service after the sale! Dealing with Customer Service ( although very nice people) is like purchasing a car from a dealer ( I ll have to go to my boss then they will get back to me) and with my own personal experience, it took an Act of Congress to get an answer! Beware also, if you return an item that was defective And they give you a return Authorization number Make sure that you get them to send you a return shipping print out And get ready to eat the return shipping. I give most everyone a second chance but I will do my business elsewhere from now on! The 2 stars are for the pleasant people that answered my calls.

Sad. I have ordered from Botach many times over the past 7 years. A few hickups but always great products and prices. Recently I received an ad in my email. There was an ad for free Legend Sunglasses with $100 order. So I ordered $113 off the same page as the ad. My order arrived, no glasses. I contacted them. Oh, the link for clothing on the same email ad goes to Botach on EBAY and do not qualify for the free glasses. First, it does NOT say that! Second, why is the ad on the page for EBAY BOTACH if it does not apply. I find this very deceptive.
But GOOD NEWS! I am a trainer for very large security companies. I have endorsed Botach a long time. Since Botach service reps say the error was mine when it clearly was not, I am pulling my endorsement until it is set right. It will cost them far more than honoring their Sunglasses ad. Will know more in a few days. PULL IT TOGETHER BOTACH.
Update: Well, Im not surprised. They blame me. Somehow Im suppose to know which site it applies to. NOT. Bad advertising maybe, or dishonest redirecting?
Either way Im ripped off and that ends my (and all my students as they are in agreement with me) buying from Botach. Bye.

This place is joke. I ordered in stock ready to pick up. They refused to let me pickup, after I got an email saying it was ready for pickup. They then repeatedly sold my order to someone else every time my items came in. Took 8 months to get one order, that had things missing and they refused to give me my items or money back. 2nd order took 10 months. They have absolutely no way to speak to somebody. Takes more then 24 hours to get an email reply. All they will ever tell you is it s gunna ship soon. 10 months for an in stock ready to pick up order is far from soon.
