Placed an order April 20th and it is now May 20th ...

Placed an order April 20th and it is now May 20th and item has not shipped yet however it specifically says on the confirmation email that product would be shipped 2-6 business days. I have called, left messages and emailed multiple times. The only response that I get is that they are backed up from having a small crew but my order is being processed. That response was over 3 weeks ago and still no tracking number or anything. This will be the last time I order from this company.
