I bought a torch lighter in 2014 - the entry level at 170 euros. Recurring problems in the mechanism because Chinese manufacturing .. today I am offered to replace it new for 33 euros while I have never used it. The after-sales service is really of poor quality and did not recognize the failure of the torch lighter and reduces the problem to a shock suffered. It is really shameful for a house that wants luxury.

Shop to run away and avoid. Even if the reception is classy, the service provided is not up to what we expect from a premium brand.
