Its been over a month since I placed my order with...

Its been over a month since I placed my order with Botach for a Eotech EXPS3 and G33 magnifier when i placed my order there was 20 in there inventory. I sent 1 email regarding my order and they responded 3 weeks later talking about cancelations of magazines that has nothing to do with my current order . i have sent numerous emails and called since then trying to figure out whats going on and no response. I will never order from this company again and beware of no response if you have an issue. I feel as i have been robbed by this company. Is anybody else experiencing this?
