Horrible online experience. Ordered an item that said "in stock" - the next day they marked my order "backorder", they produced a shipping label but never shipped. Despite their policy - they immediately billed me for the backordered item. They responded to my email complaint by claiming they didn't bill me (but it's right there on my CC bill!). They don't answer their phones in my experience. I waited 30 days and had to file a complaint to my Visa card to get my money back. AVOID!
