I have to give it to Botach, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
I ordered level IV ballistic plates from them, they falsely advertised a lead time which they couldn't meet. I am reasonable, so I contacted them to figure out whats going on. I was either ignored or giving copy+paste "screw off" responses.
After **90 DAYS** they canceled my order, sent me another copy+paste email to reorder it if I want it. So now I need to go to the back of the queue? Not worth it, sure your plates are 1lb lighter than comparable products, but the experience was 100lbs heavier.
