GREAT PRODUCT. Contacted seller prior to ordering to confirm inventory and shipping. Ordered 12/7 and after not getting shipping email, I contacted seller on 12/11. As of today, 12/18, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER.

I ordered with this seller previously, and received order within 3-4 days .

I recently purchased 3 Sig Sauer 12 round magazines for my P229 Equinox. I placed the order and in just a few days they were in my possession. Botach is a great company as far as I am concerned. Shipping is fast. I will most likely purchase from this company again.

Ordered a battlesteel vest 1 week ago.... still hasn't shipped. No e-mail replies. Worst shopping experience EVER!!!

Amazing prices, great customer service and they are constantly running discounts that I took advantage of. They carry a very broad array of products and their prices were much better then what i could find on the web. Also, great customer service, had a question, they were super responsive and very helpful. This will be my go to place for all my firearm and related needs - check them out!

I have bought stuff from these guys before; mostly just odd ball tactical gear or magazines that are cheaper than the competition with free shipping.

Normally things go without a hitch however don't expect any customer service from these folks especially for a special order.

I tried ordering some muzzle devices for an OSS suppressor I recently Form 4'ed on from Botach and it has been a complete nightmare. Botach does not respond to emails, web site inquires, or voicemails. After bullying through a few times on the phone I managed to talk to actual people however their order system is a complete mess. They incorrectly list these muzzle devices as suppressor parts and thus needs FFL/SOT information to transfer to which is totally incorrect. If that were the case then ALL of these muzzle devices would need separate ATF Transfer Forms for the NFA.

OSS specifically redesigned these devices to gain ATF approval for retail sale as a mount.

During this time I have been trying to contact OSS and I have been painstakingly been lead along for 2 weeks to realize that Botach never ever actually placed my order with them to begin with. I only have a few weeks left before I go on vacation on a squirrel hunt and this is simply not acceptable.

Long story short: Don't ever deal with these guys unless you ordering a very well known quantified item in stock that you can potentially wait months for in no hurry. Don't place any special orders because it simply isn't happening. I am honestly surprised at how these guys can stay in business with the way they treat their customers.

I have had multiple buys from Botach, anywhere from pants to plate carriers , VI plates, grips , shirts , sights to name a few. Always impressed by the products I receive . Customer service is amazing even with all this drama going on, they never fail to get you up to date info and prompt service. I recently had only one problem out of tons of purchases, regarding a small defect in one of my plate carrier systems. After a brief email and a few pictures of the problem Chanya G. Would immediately ship another one out when stock gets replenished. That s customer service at its finest. They always have insane deals on everything you would see at stores marked up 80%, I will always be a life customer and have sent a lot of people to this company that have also had nothing but a pleasant experience.

Botach.com has great deals on quality merchandise. My last order arrived incomplete, unfortunately, and their quick and courteous customer service resolved the issue promptly to my satisfaction.

This dishonest & deceitful company preys on the first responders of the USA.

Botach sells items that are not in stock and not coming back into stock. Then will refund you minus shipping because their system automatically creates a shipping label. Botach considers a shipping label as shipped. Then will argue and tell you it shipped so no refund on $20 shipping charge. Even though you provide them with tracking that clearly shows the shipper NEVER received the package...because there was never a package...the item was out of stock.

Good shop, GREAT prices ... if it's in stock, you'll have it quickly. However, out of stock items will significantly delay entire order, and frequently items sell out after you purchase and pay requiring a refund. Overall still one of the best places to buy this kind of equipment, been using for many years.

Bought an SBA3 brace from Botach a week ago. Coupon code worked on the first try and I recievedy order very fast. Will definitely buy from them again.

Seller stated that they had stock of 2 items and when several attempts to contact them via phone and email I recievwd a vague answer about the current status of the product. THEY WONT ANSWER PHONES AT ALL!!!! Dont know why the have them. When cornered about a more definite time frame for 2 items that I needed they just cancelled the order instead. I needed these items as a first responder but due to there inefficiency to even respond
in the first place, now they are sold out everywher . BAD BUSINESS and wont be back for as much as a sticker. Good luck.

Ordered 8/11/20, left voicemail, sent emails, messaged on social media, and never heard back till 9/14/20 stating they could ship the instock items. I tell them to ship those items and cancel the rest. They then want CC information again. Cancelled everything.
Almost 5 weeks before any update just to be disappointed.

Was honestly excited to do business with botach but they seem to be unable to handle a small order.

I don't know what's going on here but they're acting like some poor businesses that are cancelling orders to make more money with the constant increase in prices. Would not recommend them until they can fix a few things.

When Botach has a sale the prices can't be beat. Shipping is always fast. And selection is huge. Always have done well by me.

shipped fast and free but fedex smartpost so kinda slow. I had an issue with the order that was taken care of within a few days and received a return label to send item back. Waiting on the exchange now.

I have been buying LEO high end equipment from Botach for over 20 years (well before they moved to Los Vegas). They have the best prices on the best equipment you can buy!

I bought a Fuji bike from them. They never disclosed that it HAD TO BE ASSEMBLED by a Fujiy dealer to qualify for warranty repairs. Front fork broke after only two weeks. I called them and they would not help me at all. This company is shady. If I had known I wasn't allowed to assemble the bike I never would have bought it.

The setup was a little confusing when I first walked in here, it s pretty much just a warehouse that is open to the public. No cash registers or anything, you just tell somebody what you want and then one of the CS reps checks you out at their desk. I was in and out in a few min. Employees were friendly and helpful. Good prices as well. No complaints. Will def come again in the future!

I'm glad they moved in town. The owner actually walked me through and got my order ready. He also said that if you're local you can buy your items online and pick up same day in most cases. That's perfect for my line of work. Thanks guy's, welcome to Vegas.

Edit: I just completed my 2nd order w/ Botach - again for some Okay Industries USGI standard-capacity magazines. The mags are perfectly well-packaged and ready to deploy.

Having had extensive hands-on experience w/ Okay Ind. magazines for literally decades, I trust them as much as a Magpul PMAG.

The SureFeed branded magazines appear to be basically identical to DOD issued magazines. Improved followed and (I think) stronger shells.

They work. And thank you to Botach for completing quick (2 days to my door, 1k miles from Las Vegas) and more than reasonably priced orders.

Good prices on OKAY Industries magazines. Fast shipping - delivered in 48hrs. A mislabeled bronze-phosphor brush ever so slightly tarnished an otherwise flawless order.

I'd order again w/ confidence, though.

Have ordered many items for work and play from Botach online, and I only had one issue with an order that was late and later found to be no longer available from supplier. They made me aware of my options as soon as possible and followed up along the way. We ordered PPP during the first stage of pandemic to protect our staff during our continued work, and were highly satisfied with Botach for selection, price, communication and delivery. I would highly recommend BOTACH when shopping online.

I have purchased here quite a few times and have never had to use their customer service. But I have an order now on the Grey Ghost backpack, and after 10 days it still hadn't shipped so I immediately emailed them, which it's been three days with no response. And I've called numerous times and been put on hold, then it goes to voice mail after about 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the phone, very annoying because they have never called me back. And I've left three different messages. This is the last time I ever purchase here. Bad service!

Horrible communication and very slow shipping. Ordered a pair of boots 9 days ago. After they charged me they stopped communicating with me. I have no idea where the boots are and they won't return emails or phone calls.

I have the same issue as many of these people that give Botach POOR ratings: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've been waiting for my items since September (4 months). I haven't received more info in 3 months. Again, POOR!

For at least the last ten years I have ordered many things from Botach, because it carries a very wide variety of items that cannot be found anywhere else. Its prices are nearly always the lowest on the things that are available elsewhere, and in all this time I had only one problem with an order, a defective item that Botach promptly replaced. For its kind of merchandise, it's my go-to site.

Placed an order and my credit card was billed for the total amount. 3 weeks go by and I contact them to ask about my order, only to be told that they were backordered and they just somehow forgot to tell me. The magazines were shown to be in stock days after I had placed my order and somehow they were suddenly backordered. This is unacceptable, on so many levels. To have my card billed and not even get so much as an email pertaining to my order is just disrespectful. To have the response by we will ship them when they become available and offer me nothing more than that has left a bad taste that will not go away. I am done with your site and your customer service. Thank you so much for this horrible incomplete transaction.

Great quality products. The ambi safety and mag release fit well and work great. Highly recommended. The price is so reasonable I can't say more.

Well, so far I'm starting to think I should have heeded the negative reviews on your company. On June 30 you sent me an email stating that my order was shipped and gave me a tracking number. Apparently all you have done is create a shipping label.....USPS has shown no other action since then. I dont understand, if a shipping label was created 10 DAYS AGO....... why hasn't it shipped?? Why would you even say that it shipped??

Your website showed several hundred magazines in stock when I placed my order AND you took my money. Send me my order already. Wondering if I'm going to get the "its on back order" excuse because you don't keep your website updated on actual inventory. Hopefully it shows up soon. Hopefully its what I actually ordered. Hopefully its not used or tampered with.

FWIW, I placed an order with Primary Arms the same day as I placed one with you. Guess when I got it?? I got it 5 days later. And you haven't even made it past a shipping label!!

The item I ordered was "In Stock" according to the website. After 2 and a half weeks of waiting I emailed and got no response. My order showed as "Ready" the whole time on their site. I will not be doing business with Botach in the future.

I have ordered more than once from botach. The products of purchased from them have been exactly as they are described. The shipping is fast. I will be ordering more.

Botach screwed up shipping my order and had to wait a month for the order to return. Upon the return they wanted to charge additional $$$ to reship the product??? So much for taking care of a long time customer!

I bought an ar mag pouch. Ordered April 4th 2019 and to this day it still hasn't been mailed out. Ridiculous. Also can not get a hold of a person when I call. Takes me to a voice mail system. Extremely disappointed.

I placed my order late on a Friday, I was not aware that was an early day for the company. I called on Monday to check the status of my order and let them know I needed it ASAP for a build. They promptly sent the order and I am extremely pleased with the product and the customer service.

First order, they sent the wrong item, second order they were out of stock, even though they showed the had item, took a few days to get refund.

I ordered a product and tried to return it due to wrong sizing and was never able to get ahold of customer service. I emailed and called over the course of a week and some days to where I just simply gave up. Pretty much a lost since the product doesn't serve me any purpose, my best bet is to find a surplus store and try to sell it to recover the monetary lost that I endured. I'm definitely not going to return and I'll be sure to advise others to do the same.

Tried ordering a suppressor though them. After months the product never shipped. The only contact i could make with them was email and i would never get an actual answer. Just that another department is handling my order.

Worst service ever one of two items was out of stock but no notice was set to me regarding item was on back or was the other item shipped At this time I still have absolutely nothing about a month from the original order This place s customer service sucks would likely never order from them again

I have purchased from Botach for years. Service is excellent, although sometimes slow due to supply issues beyond their control. Prices are very competitive and variety if brands is outstanding. Highly recommended

I placed a order and I didn't noticed it wasn't in stock. I contacted them and was wondering why my card wasn't charged and about vest. They got back with me explained everything and they ended up cancelling my order so I could redo when in stock. My card wasn't charged the first time so I just reordered and my vest arrived shortly after. I was impressed at the response and the help with my order. I would recommend these folks and definitely use them again.

I ordered a Battle Steel mount for my HK33 + T2 Micro because it was supposed to provide absolute co-witness. It was peice of junk that stripped (the feet of the claw mount) before I could even shoot with it. I contacted customer service and they told me to buy the hardware at Home Depot. It was proprietary hardware specific to the mount... Ended up getting an HK Parts Ultra Low mount (made by MFI in the USA/Milspec) + H1 low mount from Aimpoint. Could not be happier. I tried posting on the site but they only cherry pick their reviews, so buyer beware.

I was ensured by many that my 9mm glock conversion barrel (In my Glock 35) would work just fine using the standard .40 magazines. Not so my friends. It would constantly double feed. I bought the 9mm magazine for a Glock 17. It works flawlessly and, the price was excellent. Thanks for being there for me. RSW

Oversold stock item sat for nearly two weeks with no notification from Botach before I navigated their abysmal customer service number (with no hold queue so my call was disconnected 10+ times). Finally spoke to a customer service rep who informed me that no supervisor was on site to approve my simple resolution request. Buyer beware. This was my first order and is guaranteed to be my last from this company. There are better prices and far superior service experiences to be had out there.

Most shippments are fine. One took 2 months, they were pretty fast at fixing the issue once they responded. With all the madness going on and how big the company is, I wasnt terribly surprised. Good overall.

The item i ordered came quickly and packaged well and was just as described.

I recently discovered Botach and as retired LEO I was very impressed. The quality and prices at Botach are not to be beaten. Hats off to Botach and keep up the good work.

Wanted to order something from this site but, it was back ordered. Now, close to a year later, I check back and it's still back ordered. I try to call and cannot get through. Botach seems to be more like bullcrap.

Very poor customer service! My purchase was never delivered. I made numerous attempts to call and email the company. I received 1 response, after 4 emails and 3 phone calls, stating that they would look into the issue. I ended up cancelling the order and buying from a different vendor. I would rather pay a little more for decent customer service.

I made an order on Dec 30 and couldn't pick up on 31. So I went to pick on in the first. Didn't see anything on the site say closed on first, nothing on the building says closed on the first, even when I called didn't say anything about being closed. Lake of posted for new years day of closed.

While I have seen and heard of folks having issues with some of their orders, I have personally never had an problem in either getting my order, or getting a timely response from customer service. Botach is always one of the places I look at when shopping as they often have the best, or very competative pricing.

If I have one gripe its having to pay tax for my Botach orders now that they are in NV. Used to be a coupon code for that, but I'm not going to know off a star for me being a cheapskate. :)

ordered the ETS cam magazine loader for 9mm. Could not fined a list of guns it worked with, only said it worked with many 9mm, 40mm. Did not work with my taurus G2c or my Canik 9mm DA. Contacted Botach and they said they did have any information on the products. Did not offer to let me return it.

Items were new and original tags, Botach had a great price. Shipping takes longer then thought and still waiting on one item.

Ordered with 2 day shipping. Never sent. Didn t respond to emails or calls. Will have to wait 30 days for Paypal to refund (Only 12 left now). DO NOT USE BOTACH - They will not contact you or send the goods you paid for.

Their customer service is atrocious, you can only e-mail them and you can't talk to an actual person unless you work for an agency. My order is a month late and no response from the email customer service after 2 weeks. Do not order anything from this place unless you like to gamble and get ripped off.

Product sold to me was defective, broke in the first use, Botach's website says "If an item proves to be defective within the 15-day return policy or is shipped incorrectly, we will be more than happy to cover the return shipping to have the item replaced or credited to you. " Yet they still refuse to exchange the product or return it, within the 15 day period, after having jumped through hoops with their customer service to send photos of the defect and explain the issue in 11 different emails, I was told to seek out the manufacturer's assistance instead.

This is all on top of a 2 week shipping and processing time period. AWFUL

I had very bad experience with this company, especially with Botach Customer Service, I submitted a order with 8 item's in it, so according to Botach Customer Service they email me to informed me that can't processed my order since one of the items are in Backorder and the only way to proceed with my order ( #92311865) remove this item and send all the other stuff or just to wait until the Backordered product will get back in stock, so I let them know that I can wait since I don't want to pay shipping fees for only one item., But what caught my attention was that the product that they (Customer Service) told that is out of stock it appears on Stock in their website, so I requested a formal quote to Sales Department of this particular item and the send me a confirmation that is IN STOCK; so long story short, I requested both Department to help me with this situation but non of them answered my emails.
If you consider to buy from this company thinked twist.

This place is terrible. I purchased multiple things from them because sometimes they are less expensive, but customer service is terrible and my last order (I do mean last) although was charged the day i ordered it, had not shipped for almost 2 months. They moved from California to Vegas and know very well it is illegal to charge for product until it is shipped. They printed a label for it which never went anywhere in Fedex s tracking. Multiple emails confirmed the order was bit shipped however the charge to my account was never addressed. I ll take a little responsibility for coming back after multiple orders that were not satisfactory. Look somewhere else! There is no incentive to purchase from Botach. Trust me, you re doing yourself a favor.

Still have not received all of my order, have been lied to about what's going on, no return phone calls, have been a customer for 10 years and I'm just done with them.
