While our order was delayed due to COVID First Responder needs for masks - there was adequate email communication with the sales team. Once Botach determined they may not be able to fulfill my order, the reached out with suggestions for replacement and discount for our inconvenience.

Gedaliah was very informative and helpful in choosing our replacement and getting the details handled. I'm confident our new masks will arrive in short order.

Recommendation for the marketing team - do not send an email claiming a product that isn't available is available, especially one customers are currently waiting on.
