I had purchased a firebowl from Lowes last summer. This year I was sliding the heavy firepit across my deck and broke one of the adjustable feet. I kept the instruction booklet that came with it, and it said, for replacement parts contact bond mfg either by email or phone. I chose to call and could not get through. So I emailed. They responded and just wanted some more info from me. I replied but then did not hear from anyone for 2 weeks. Last night, I thought I would try calling. I got through and spoke with this wonderful representative who not only is replacing the foot that I broke, but is also sending me all 4. I then mentioned the ignition doesn't work, and she is sending that as well. All at no charge. I was prepared to pay and she said, because of my trouble trying to get through to them, she is not charging me. Just wanted to share because you don't get that kind of customer service anymore. Thank you.
