Since I bought a patio heather from your company a year ago, I recommended your products to many friends of mine. But since I called your Customer Service this week, I would strongly recommend your company to al' the people I know!
My wife and I have four young kids who really enjoy summer evenings on our patio. They spent hours staring at the incredible flame of the heather while beeing softly warmed by it.
A recent severe thunderstorm damaged the heather recently and we thought it was it for the rest of the summer... But thanks to your UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, the whole family will enjoy patio evenings again real soon!!!
