After looking long and hard locally for a replacement flex gas hose to fit our table top fire pit I contacted Bond Mfg directly to see if it was available. Soraya in customer service was extremely helpful, she was able to identify our model and verify they had a replacement in stock. To my surprise she even arranged to have it shipped out at no cost. It arrived a couple of days later and was a perfect fit. You just don't come across customer satisfaction like this any more, we were very impressed with her commitment to service. Bond Mfg should be proud they have employees like that taking care customers.
