Bought a 5 year warranty hose they make. It blew out 15 months later. I've been waiting 2 MONTHS and STILL no replacement! Have called and emailed and NOTHING! They said sorry for delay and said pandemic is cause. What BS, I can buy one at my local store or from THEM on Amazon yet they can't honor their warranty!
