I purchased a fire pit from Lowe's that did not have a manual or a cover. Lowe's sales guy said I was out of luck because he didn't know what happened to the cover or booklet because it was on display and the last one that they had. I loved it, so I bought it anyway. I contacted Bond Manufacturing about getting a manual and asking where I could purchase a cover. They emailed me the manual within a couple of days and then mailed out a cover. I wasn't expecting them to give me a cover since I did not purchase the fire pit directly from them. I received excellent customer service and I am impressed with this company. I would recommend them to anyone! Also, the fire pit is well made and a great addition to our back deck. We are enjoying it a lot on these cool spring evenings!
